But one great idea might be, running a "real" nostalgia engine..we ran a 392 cast iron block/heads, and older blowers, we were still in the 6.0 range
What records are we trying to break? And is a modern 1671 $25,000 blower, and a billet 426-based 500 ci block/heads "real nostalgia"?
(Someone told me some teams are running titanium valve covers also...)

I think they have fuel tank cavitation sometimes and that will fuck up cause the motor starts getting air bubbles in the volume calculation of the fuel going in then getting send back fuel will bubbles decalculates even more than bang😮

Beech Bend Dragway is the Best Track in the nation for Nostalia Drag Racing events. 🥰 NHRA changed the name of this event last year, but it will always be the Hot Rod Reunion to many.

It's ashame that so called nostalgia is nothing more than a modern era car with computers ect. Just because the engine is in the front doesn't make them nostalgia....they look like an abomination.....there are only less than a handful of cars/owners that really try to make cars look period correct and I tip my hat to Brendan Murray, one of the last to wear a breather mask for keeping a period correct looking car an attitude in the fray......
