I enjoy immensely these contributions toward improving my chess. I never can figure out what the best move is, and it's a mental pleasure to see your solutions. Thank you.
At 5:50, you should mention what white does if black Q on c1 to f4, g5 or h6. There is a mate in 2 starting with White Queen to e2. Playing white queen to a1 is a draw, I think.
Yes, you are right. But the point of playing Qc1 is, that in this type of endgame, when the pawn is on c2, whenever you are able to put the queen on c1, then you can be 100% sure, that you are winning. So the point is to play Qc1 is, that you can play it without any calculation, so you don't have to calculate any other moves further.
The target for white is to win this! So I´m showing the right moves for white to win but also some "wrong" moves which only leads to a draw. In the beginning I am also showing the general theory of a pawn on the c-file and how black can get a draw (if the king is in front of his pawn and the white king is far away).
@@Chess-strategy Cheers, I'll give that a try....👍 Does it need to be set at a certain level/standard of play, in order to make trying to solve these puzzles fairly realistic... ? Love your vids btw.
At some point, nothing is understandable. Precisely, where the black king will go to e file. Make something with your pronounciation, i try hard not to fall asleep at your videos, and try to structure them, a little bit, becausee they are a big mess
Theory behind the puzzle learning for the first time, thanks.

Thanks for your kind words!
Excellent preparation video for end games.... really good. Thank you very much, God bless you
Your games and end games are very superb which helps us to increase my chess knowledge. Thank you very much and keep it.

I liked the skewer variation, starting with Qg2
3:50 Qc1 doesn't seem to be necessary to me. Ke4 should do it, black king can never get back to protecting the c1 square again.

4:45 If promoting to a knight would lose the game, then why not promote to a queen, and draw the game?
With any other promotion you have checkmate with Qe2.
White Q E2 checkmate.
Im confused. Several of the outcomes you demonstrated weren't a draw.

Does anyone know of a decent online chess simulator, where you can set up the board & play from that position...??
Thanks
In my videos, I mostly use Chess.com and I think it works fine. Link here: www.chess.com/analysis?tab=analysis

This is not rocket surgery🎉💐
