I really hope you make a part 2 with some of the other sinners. Here are some ideas.
The Vees (Who will be doing their own party): Vox=Black Hat, Val=Dr. Flug, Velvette=Demencia.
Mimzy: Either a female Willy Wonka or Baroness von bon bon (After Alastor kicked her out, Lucifer secretly kept fucking with her and forced her into this outfit. She's not allowed to say that he did.)
Rosie: Morticia Addams
This was a blast to watch, I smiled threw the whole thing, I love it when people have fun with their art and costumes are my favorite!
I love the costumes for all the characters and they all make so much sense, although I think Adam and Eve should dress up as prehistoric animals (to keep with the couple costume idea, they could be dressed up as a mammoth and a respectively). smilodon), as they are like very old, and I think Halloween was adopted in Heaven only recently, and would still be frowned upon by most angels but not forbidden.
I also have a few questions:

Halloween has actually been around in heaven for just as long as its been here on earth. It was originally All Hallow's Eve but just like here on earth, the pagan holiday and Christian holiday merged into Halloween overtime.
Jack-O-Lantern does exist in this universe but he doesn't follow the original myth super closely.
All Hellborn can visit the human world during October but only during the full moon and the new moon. Overlords can do the same but only with Lucifer's express permission.

Quick question so in my family we don't really celebrate Halloween we find it a thing of the Devil somewhat so what does Heaven think of Halloween
There's a lot of lore around the creation of Halloween. It was a combination of a pagan holiday and All Hallow's Eve which was a Christian holiday. I'm not a super duper expert on how exactly Halloween became what it is today, its all very complicated and stuff, but in my particular sect of Christianity we do celebrate it.
So what I've decided in this universe is that there's three different ways of celebrating Halloween: Devil worship, Secular/Aethiest celebrations like we have here in the real world, and Heaven's way which is pretty similar to the normal ways of celebrating it except that there is an undertone of mocking everything evil by making it not scary.
