It’s definitely dead in Pennsylvania, I got into atvs at the start of the pandemic, started with a $1000 Yamaha Blaster, worked my way up flipping them all the way to a race ready Suzuki LTR-450. made a lot of money off of it and I have barely broke even on my last 2, and will probably lose money on an all OEM LTR-450. Not sure where I will go from here, want to stay in the business but I don’t see any reason to. I Want to just buy one to ride and move on to something else. Everyone on market place offers lowball offers and trades never are good. Most of the stuff I go and look at is much worse then pictures, it’s very difficult to get a good deal. Glad I’m a teenager and got to dip my fingers into this business. Learned a lot and had a lot of fun doing this.
I’m in pa near philly the market is a bit slow right know but there are always deals I made around 10k in the past year flipping dirtbikes and quads started with 800$ everyone’s saying the market is dead or dying but you just got to be patient there’s an ass for every seat.
I have also noticed a stagnate ATV market in my area - Florida. But that's just the market correcting itself after, what you mentioned, the inflated prices we saw during the pandemic. It took me 3 months to sell both my 2008 Outlaw 525s and 2006 YFZ 450 back in 2018/2019 - $2,800 & $2,600 respectfully. I would have sold them each for $3,500-$4,500 easy during the pandemic. Heck, I saw a non running 2002 Raptor 660 go for $2,500. And a guy told me he sold his freaking honda trx90 for $2,000, and that was about 8 months ago! That's insane! If you've noticed, the same thing is also happening in the used car market. You can now find good deals, but you have to be quick because when I find a good deal in market place, they are gone by the next day (I save them so I can keep track). Next to go will be the housing - though that may take until next year. Would you mind sharing what you have your raptor listed for? I have a near mint 1995 original Honda TRX300ex that I want to put on the market - I bought it to flip it, but have been too busy to fix the idle issue caused by the carb. Just need to find some time to work on it - wish you were closer, I would have happily taken it to you.
We’re I live in pa I could easily sell that bike for 19 or wait and get like 2 and could easily buy one for like 14 500$ profit usually like a day of work it worth it for me usually all they need is a clean
There's an 86 trx250r roller for 2500 in MO with 2 taken apart motors, roll design front end, boxes of spare parts, could prob nab it for 22, I'd buy one of the motors off ya for grand in a box, there's most ur money back. U could also do part out vids, if u run an ebay store already show how that aspect works cuz I've always wanted to start parting some out but idk the ins and outs. I'm sure alot of people would like that. Just an idea brother
Always have enjoyed your content. Always Good stuff… market does seem soft. I could use some help with a crank swap/lower end work on a ltz400. I’m in central MA. Would be honored. 😎

It seems the market is starting to correct to the 2019 prices.
