Mini bikes, go karts, and lawn tractors are an excellent way to start! I started with two $25 lawn tractors and this past month I just flipped (sold not wrecked) a Chevy pickup truck!
Honestly it’s just observing the market, watching what is posted and for how much and how long it’s posted before it’s sold, sometimes you’ve just gotta take the gamble. Everything will sell at one point or another.
Do you float the titles or register them in your name. I jus picked two like new under warranty 22 cfmoto 600 touring. They sell new for 7500 plus freight prep and setup which otd is aprox 9500. They each have 90 miles, I got them both for 10k cash
No sir not as of yet just make sure you check the vin and make sure it matches the title, if there’s no title have the sheriffs office run the vin and make sure it’s not stolen. If the vin has been ground off or painted over etc stay away.
They’re great bikes, only real issues with those is they’re known to eat heads/valves and the valve adjustments on those are kind of a pain to do, they have to be shimmed once they’re out of spec. Also have head gasket issues sometimes. Make sure the motors quiet and the oil is nice and clean and no coolant in the oil. The price is fair depending on overall condition and if it has a title. Good luck 👍🏽
Most don’t care to ask but if they do ask then I just tell them I buy bikes, refurbish them and make sure they’re 100% and then resell them. Gives them some peace of mind knowing someone has already gone through and fixed the issues already, big or small and took the time to clean it and make it nice.
Blue book is horrible for that. The quad could be worth 5 grand but blue book will say like 1 grand. Just go on face book marketplace, Craigslist, and OfferUp and see how much the machine is selling for. Based on that you could find prices for basically anything
Great information here only thing I could say you could improve on is better sound very hard to hear you when your sitting back talking the the camera. But other than that great information keep it up.
Hey Dom, do you have instagram or a fb to connect? I am in Tampa fl and have flipped over 60+ atv's, dirtbikes, trailers, sport bikes. Wanted to see how I could maybe add any value to you and your business!

Great video, I'm working on selling a 99 350 warrior and this helped a lot! What process did you use to understand your market?

What is your opinion on a used 2004 Kawasaki kfx400 for $2700 and any known problems with them?

Do you tell buyers that you resell bikes or what do you normally discuss when they ask why your are selling it or have a recently acquired title?

How did you clean up the a arms so well?
Quick scuff with some sand paper and some silver rattle can that’s close to factory color
Do you put the vehicle in your name before selling it? Did you make make an llc to pay taxes?
Yes
Great looking bike and great information.
Thank you sir!
How do you find out how much they're worth? I looked on Blue book but it doesn't have quad prices.
