Take a look at your skiis on Funnel. Notice the front of the skiis pull up from the snow as you turn. Think the front of your skiis are you control. You need more pressure on the front. You were leaning back too much. Think of mountain biking and pressure that outside ski around that turn. Reduce the weight on that inside ski just a bit to allow that outside ski to perform. Have fun.
Nice video! I was there last year- we did Forest, but I chickened out on going over to peel and beyond. Seeing how you get over there helps a ton, as the map does not give you a ton of clues. I'm going to at least get to Peel this year, maybe Banana too.
Crested Butte definitely doesn't provide many clues through the trail map lol so I do not blame you at all for bailing, the traverse over to Banana and Funnel can be super sketch. If you have a goal to do Banana like I did last year and then Funnel, push yourself outside of your comfort zone and the reward will feel amazing! Good luck
I haven't hit Peak before, it was never super high on my bucket list but I would definitely do it in the future to experience those views! Also it's always super windy up top so whenever I'm there it's usually closed.

Thank you! I'm definitely going to take that into account, I appreciate the advice!
