- Hi,
In this adventure I travel over 600 miles from my home in the North of England and over the border into the stunningly beautiful Scotland. From Glencoe, I make my way to the Isle of Skye and then catch a ferry to the Isle of Harris and Lewis. I stay at a secret bothy and wild camp on a remote beach where I am caught put by an unexpected storm. I then sail back to Ullapool before chasing the weather east to the Cairngorms for a loch side camp. It was an amazing experience, hope you enjoy the video. Kerry x

Beautiful part of the world. The ducks at Loch Morlich are very friendly, especially if you have food. The Pine Marten bar at the end is a great wee place for food and just relaxing.
It is stunning! I did think that duck would kill me in my sleep though 🤣 The bar is lovely, went in before I left. Awesome place, I will be back. Thanks for watching 😀

That weather was amazing, you sure you were in Scotland🤔 and what a photo of the night sky too, I have tried before without any success and that bothy looked dam cosy. The beach was stunning, shame about the rain mind and the wind and more rain, so you actually are in Scotland then😁. After a nigh and then day like that, I would also be dancing down the corridor to a nice warm hotel bed and hot bath too. With a cold I would have stopped another night in the hotel and had a few hot toddies as well to keep my pecker up but fair play to you, you did not let a cold of the chance of more bad weather stop you👍 and a load of snacks seemed to work for you. Funny enough I just bought a drone in the Black Friday sale, something I have wanted for me channel for ages but just sent it back today, as it still seems a lot of money to be just spending on myself, instead of both of us, so felt a bit guilty. Some mileage done and great memories made, total resect for you on doing both, cheers Alan
The bothy was amazing Alan, thenreason I went up there! I was actually out for another night after the beach camp I just didnt include it in the vid so got a real soaking lol and the hotel was VERY welcome. My sinus wasnt going to ruin the cairngorms for me, what a place! Shame about the drone ..... would have made a good addition to your channel! Thanks for watching as always 😀

An absolutely fantastic video of your awesome trip. I am watching it in my hospital bed as I wait for an operation on my knee as I now have an infection in the knee cap which is stopping the bone from stitching itself together. So the consultant is fitting two small metal bars with several screws to hold it together. In theory, it means that I will be up and about quicker , but not back at work, which I am missing. Tracy thanks you for the virtual hug and is enjoying playing nurse , even in hospital. Hope you are well and enjoying your adventures. ATVB Big Andy.

Hi kerry, love your videos. Ive lived up in the north of scotland for 13 years, how do you find out about these locations? Ive stomped the cairngorms but that bothy was the nuts!
Have you done the NC500? they call it the 500 but with all the attractions and diverts you can end up driving 1300 -1500 miles.
