    For wet snow, it is rolling away very nice and far.

    Are you using the auto lift and lower function? Appears to work very well. And glad you have a nice warm cab to work in.

      Thanks, I sure do appreciate the heat ! I don’t believe the auto plow function works with the fully hydraulic system that I’m using. This was only my second time plowing and the controls on the shifter handle are very easy and smooth to operate.

    Great Video. Thanks so Much. Just purchased the ultimate and waiting for the plow to arrive from dealer. Where did you plug the caution light in that is on top of roof? Thanks Gregg

      Congratulations on your purchase! May it bring you much enjoyment. I plugged the caution light into the 12 volt accessory plug in the back seat. The light itself is attached to the headache rack and I have to open the back door for slack in the power cable in order to dump the bed. Not a big deal for me as when plowing season is over I will remove the caution light as it’s just zip tied on at this point.

    Sweet setup. I’m looking for the same. I was wondering how well it back blades snow like away from the garage. Thank you.

      Hi Ethan. I raise the skid feet all the way so the blade is directly on the asphalt when back blading. It does a decent job when the snow isn’t super deep or have been drove over very much. The pro poly plow is lighter in weight than a full metal plow which is easier on the machine but maybe not as effective for back blading?? I typically just shovel away from the doors then push forward for the cleanest job. Hope this helps. Thanks.

      Hi Eric, it is a light I purchased off of Amazon. So far it works great for the price.

    Have you had any shifting issues with the NorthStar?

    • @huntfishfarmfamily5287
      @huntfishfarmfamily5287  10 месяцев назад +1

      The shifter was a little tight when the machine was new, it took some pressure to get it into high. My dealer adjusted it at the first service and it’s been good to go since that time.
