I watch this and my respect for LeBron's leadership grows even more. The Lakers could've been in complete disarray given all this pandemonium. Instead, the coaching staff and the players stayed focussed and are now about to win the Chip this season.
Rob Pelinka, Frank Vogel, Jeanie Buss, LeBron, and everyone on the Lakers have done a fantastic job the past year and, along with this segment, further ensures that Magic never gets another front office job again
