Yeah, you can. ^__^ It's a big AoE that kind of just affects everything even through vertical surfaces, it's pretty nuts.

8:17 hold up - it's been a while since I've played black flag so maybe my memory's a little foggy
but how the hell did u take el tiburon out so quick without even shooting him ._.
Basically, El Tiburon was on the Ground, which usually *NEVER* happens. I just happened to get really lucky here. Since Assassins can ground-stab anyone who's on their back with their Hidden Blade, I just did that just before he finished getting up, and it killed him INSTANTLY. You're normally not supposed to be able to do this, buut if you can somehow flip El Tiburon onto his back, you can.

Were the subtitles in this computer generated or something? why are They capitalized like This?
They're taken directly from the script, written by Darby McDevitt. The reason why is because, in his historical research on the Golden Age of Piracy, it was discovered that all of the writing we have remaining from that era always capitalized Nouns. After this discovery, he decided to write the game the same way as well.
So whenever there's a Noun, it'll always be capitalized in the Script, to stay true and accurate to the Writing of the Era.
It's a fucking awesome little detail, most games just wouldn't bother.

You cannot Buy Throwing Knives in Black Flag, no.
You must always disarm them, or pick them up from Agiles.

I think it's just called "Pirate Cloak" or something like that. It's a normal outfit you can buy from any shop.

How do you get the knife in AC 4 ??
Throwing Knives? You can Disarm or Grab them from the bodies of Agiles, which are the guys who attack you with knives. If you mean the Hidden Blade, just keep playing and you'll get it.
