This video has changed my life. Never before have I been so clear in my thinking. It’s seems like a whole new world has been opened for me. My parents walked into my room when I was watching math turtle and they instantly started tearing up and told me they weere proud of me for the first time in my life. I am forever grateful to the turtle 🐢🐢🐢🐢💀💀🐐🐐🐐🗣️🗣️
This was probably the best thing I have seen for geometry homework. Struggled on a question for 2 hours straight because my teacher showed a long and insufficient way of solving the centroid with coordinates. I saw 2 minutes of this video and had the entire problem solved in 3 minutes.
Thanks a bunch! I have been teaching math for over twenty years (middle school) and I don’t deal with this type of math at all, and ran into it while tutoring a high school student and was thinking geez (your first method) this is going to take a while, but it seems much easier with your second method. I am not sure why it was hard to find videos on this, but I am sure glad I ran into yours. Have a great day, def subscribing now.
The fact that my teacher taught me to find find the type of angle, find x and y, right out the point intercept form, plug in my x and y, then solve is insane considering that I could have just done this. School is dumb 🤦🏿
Since the centroid balances the weight of the object out, Intuitively averaging out the xs and ys makes more sense than intersecting at least two median lines to find the centroid. The long way is a good review of linear equations i guess but tedious. I usually show both methods and just make students be able to describe the steps using thr tedious route.
Thanks so much I had trouble understanding in class but this is so much more simple and easier to understand
You’re welcome!

I fully agree with this statement. The turtle is more like the GOAT

Spent hours trying to learn this and this guy taught me so quick it was astonishing

Yes. Triangle centers can be tedious to solve for. The topic acts a decent review of linear equations
thank you!!! this is so simple. The other examples I see online is just so complicated
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I HAVE A MATH TEST TOMORROW AND YOU HAVE SAVED MY GRADE
🐢 provides.
Taking geometry in 8th grade and this video helped me out so much thanks.
This is great to hear!
@@MathTurtle Just finished taking a test. I think this video was one of the reasons why I did well. TY SO MUCH
You’re most welcome. Your hard work was essential.
Lol I'm doing geometry in 8th too
@@Astro-ui4os May I ask what country you’re located in?
very informative . thank you for helping me understand how to do this.
You’re welcome!
BROOO THANK U SOOO MUCHH BRO I SAVED SOOO MUCH TIME USING THIS RAHTER THAN MY TRACHER TECHNIQUE
glad I could help!
thank you for making this so clear and short!
You’re welcome.
Bro i was doing such at confusing strategy to find the centroid and my reaction at 3:14 was this👁👄👁

Thanks you so much iam from india have a doubt in this topic of our school your video helped me very much thanks❤...
You’re welcome!
thanks dude, u just saved my math test. I did not know anything about centroids thx
Great to hear it helped !
bro this guy is hacking math. he is such a W
Turtle provides.
This is what I learnt in my math class yesterday.
Great to hear. The playlist has lots of resources on this subject if needed. Thanks
how would you go about plotting a fraction?
Plotting fractions can only be done through estimation. This is why algebraic methods are usually the preferred method.
Amazing method! This really helped me!
Great to hear!
how is it that a one hour lesson couldnt teach me this properly but a 4 minute video did?
🐢 provides.
Does it apply to triangles (that are on a plane) of 3d planes? Thanks 😉
centroid for 3D far more complicated.
i love you, i love this video, THANK YOU SO MUCH
🐢🙏
Bro thank you so much im here struggling a with this during midnight 😭 this is so simplified

The longer method serves as a decent review of a lot of period year topics! I usually show both methods.
bro he is speaking facts
so much help, you really saved me dude.
No problem!!!
Centroid is also called as centre of GRAVITY?
I’ve heard it referred to as such but it’s not quite accurate.
You help me so much😊
You’re welcome!
Yessir This helped me so much!
You’re welcome!
Thank you so much ❤️
THANK YOU SO MUCH THIS IS SO MUCH EAISER
@@Danieldoomer you’re welcome!!
bro the way they explained it in geometry was so weird thanks
Glad I could help.
Amazing :)
Thanks!
Thank you very much

AAA YES IT WORKS life saver fr
great to hear!
One equation and done✅
Yep. Much easier than circumcenter or orthocenter.
thank you!!!
lifesaver fr
Great to hear.
My class can’t use this method sadly because we have to follow the “curriculum.” This is so much simpler.

thanks a lot bro

Thank u
you're welcome.
Bro graguated form mc donalds 💀
Math turtle is happy to help all types of learners.
..... Bro learned English from KFC
Not sure my math teacher is going to accept it 😅
:)
THANK U THIS IS SO EASY
you're most welcome.
i
Me too.
i need the proper way not shortcut the teacher warned us about this and will give us zero we need the solution on paper hahaha
The long method is also shown in one of my videos. Also circumcentre and orthocentre too. Look centers triangles playlist.
That was way too easy
Glad to help.
Lol
