How to find the points on Skew lines that give Minimal Distance
Просмотров 944 месяца назад
In this example we show how to find the coordinates that give minimum distance between skew lines. In the previous lesson we discussed how to find the minimal distance.
Distance between Skew Lines - Vectors - Examples
Просмотров 614 месяца назад
In this lesson we derive the distance formula from a point to a line and a plane. We also give examples of applying this formula to calculate the distance from a point to a plane, point to a line, distance between planes. Finally, we wrap up the lesson discussing distance between Skew Lines
Intersections of Lines and Planes - Vectors - Skew Lines

Calculus - Optimization - Minimizing Surface Area of Cylinder
Просмотров 856 месяцев назад
Find the dimensions of the cylinder that will minimize the cost of surface area.
Calculus - Optimization - Norman Window Question
Просмотров 1146 месяцев назад
In this example we find the dimensions that admit the maximum area of the Norman window using calculus and optimization.
Calculus - Optimization - Wire Question
Просмотров 996 месяцев назад
In this example a wire/rope is bent to create a square and a circle. We want to find where the wire should be cut at to maximize the total area.
But the video is not good
You’re probably struggling. Try full version of this lesson or earlier algebra unit section.
Thank you! Could you please tell me why we can't multiply the denominator in both sides and get x-3 >= 2(x+4) instead? Why doesn't that work?
When multiplying across inequalities the sign stays the same if it is positive. So if you multiply by a variable you do not know the sign so you cannot keep it the same. Bringing everything to one side avoids this issue and eliminates needs for cases to consider.
What if there is no constant?
You would then factor out the x and apply this process other polynomial one degree less.

🐢💣💣💣💣💣💣
Oh I did not know this
Glad to help
Thank you, my teacher does not do a good job at teaching, this saved me.
You’re welcome
DUDE YOU'RE SUCH A LIFE SAVER I HAVE AN EXAM ON THIS PRETTY SOON😭🙏
🐢
Let the notes begin!!!
Good attitude.
thank you
🐢provides.
Multiplication and division have equal power, no?
This is true.
Thanks for the explanation sir, hopefully this would be on the unit test!
Only thing better than two candles … is three.
@@MathTurtleplease have mercy
@cherryrypie9232 🤣
I watched it first
Bonus marks.
Helpful one
You’re welcome!
I genuinely appreciate you making this video, This actually saved me. God Bless You
🐢😇
I hope I can understand that easily 😢
There are full video lessons available in playlist
Wonderful explanation
Thank you!!!!
This is actually helpful, I was curious to see what happened by dividing the polynomial with the 2nd degree as the divsor, now this short explains it alot. :)
No problem! 🐢
u make no sense

Thank you sir I showed anil this video as he was struggling with this.
Hope you guys are doing well!! Let me know if you need any help!

Thank you so much wow
You’re welcome.
Oh my days! This video is spectacular
😔😞
🙏🙏👍👍
Thank you
🙏🙏👍👍
Glad it was helpful.
Oh ok
Hope I cleared it up.
OMG I WAS USING BEDMAS IN AMERICA AND THEN I REALIZED THEY USE PEMDAS AND IT GO SO AWKWARD 🙈BUT ANYWAYS PEOPLE IN AMERICA R WEIRD
Bedmas > Pedmas
It was quad why did u make it squared?
I applied the identity.
Spectacular video
Agreed
This definitely helps with review on basic concepts, thanks
You’re welcome.

too fastb😢
even for a turtle?
HI SIR!!!!! (from ur Gr10 class)
🐢🔥🔥🔥
Sir" there is a missinG Term in a Dividend...
What’s that?
I would've used the alpha beta thing. aB=c/a😂😂. I guess this works too
@@EdwinCollison have that proof posted as well. Just linking with root theory as alternative proof . Can also complete the square.
i was confused at first while i was making the table of signs since i made the numerator x - 3 instead of -x - 11 😅 does that mean we must make the table in the values in which the right side is 0?
@@pasl_tea I used the root and x value where undefined.
What about x cubed
They would not equate if exponents were power of 3 when x is negative.
So nice
🙏
@@MathTurtle in which country you belong?
@@FitnessAround420 Canada!!
what’s the final answer? Where is the table of signs?
@@patriciavalencia3131 [-11,4)

Bro thank you so much im here struggling a with this during midnight 😭 this is so simplified
🐢🔥🔥🔥
(4x^5-7x^3+x^2-4x+2) divided by (2x^2-3x-6) in the video looks more like(2x^2-3x-6)*sqrt(4x^5-7x^3+x^2-4x+2) cuz the division symbol look more like a square root hahaha
Hard to write. 🐢
Centroid is also called as centre of GRAVITY?
I’ve heard it referred to as such but it’s not quite accurate.
In the 3rd row step how is the 2cosx+2 taken back down to 2(cosx+1)? I assume the 1 is added due to the identity, why is it removed after?
Factored the 2 out which is division. 2/2=1. The number 1 was not added.
What about 4-x/x-1 > x
Same steps. Bring over. Common denominator.

Math 🐢🔥🔥🔥
thanks dude, u just saved my math test. I did not know anything about centroids thx
Great to hear it helped !
A lively video🙌 I'm not really sure if it is the best time to ask but, I was wondering if I can help you create better distribution through your videos?
