The slope of PR and RQ are not negative reciprocals of one another and so this is actually not a right angle. I’d it was, the circumcentre would be the midpoint of the hypothenuse. Hope this helps.

6:26 (assuming that’s a right angle triangle) isn’t the circumcentre of a right angle triangle meant to be on the triangle, not inside of it?
