@@KMURRAY1841 Very quiet. Many of the stores and restaurants close . I have a friend who has a store in middle of town. She closes end of October. That is one of the problems in Calabria especially near the water. After September many of these places empty out. The climate in the winter is beautiful. I swim until the end of October. I have heard the Mayor of Tropea would like to see the stores stay open but I understand the retailer, they would love to stay open if the people would come. I say May through October Are the months to be there. To really appreciate This beautiful city you must walk the streets at night. For me that is when Tropea is the most beautiful.
