Sketching a cabin with grey markers only

In this video I sketched a cabin using different marker brands but using only cool grey shades or neutral grey shades.
It is interesting, however that different brands have a particular grey tones, some of them a little bit bluish, some others more neutral and some even a little bit warm. These grey tone differences makes the sketch much more interesting and rich.
