@@Graces_life for my hammie I got a Chinese hamster! And abt 110 gallon tank! Care fresh bedding! And few stuff from Amazon and I got the hammie from a breeder and her name is mabel!

Wow I love this setup so much!! I wish I had a big tank like yours for my hammie. So beautiful and cozy and peaceful … if I was a hammie I would want to live in your habitat lol
AAAH thank you thats so sweet! I really recommend a big cage because it gives you more space to work with (and its also good for the hammie of course)

And what kind of wood do you use around the bathing area?
Yes its made from wood, but its stained very well. The other wood I use are grape vines and cork

what bedding do you use?
A mix of plospan (undusted woodshavings) and hemp bedding 😁

It's a mixture of undusted wood shavings and hemp bedding 😊
Wood shaving are not safe for hamsters because they contain pine shavings which are not safe and can cause itching porblems
I did some research on the onces they sell in the Netherlands, and it's not known how harmful it is to our hammies. There is not yet sufficient evidence that shows a relationship between health problems and housing the hammies on this type of bedding. I also read that specialist said that the number of patients presented with complaints where a link can be made with woodshavings is minimal.
For now my hammies are doing fine on this bedding, but I think that I switch to something else in the future.
@@supremehammy I would recommend 100% you switch sooner than the future. What could come in the future could be something bad with the product you're using. Try to switch if you can because it is very important!!
