Normally I'm 100% in agreement with everything this guy says but.. that 405 for short reps was at the end of the session it looks like. That's pretty fkin ridiculous regardless of range man...

This channel should update asap. The first guy's training method is legit and has been promoted recently by top bodybuilders like Cbum. Doing half reps while keeping the muscle stretched is the best drop set now.
I told someone years ago after I gave up heavy benching that "look at the Chippendales or Brad Pitt in Fight Club. That's what women want. They don't care if you can bench press a truck. Only guys do." Ever since, I've maintained a strict diet and stuck with moderate weights and 10-12 reps for 6-8 sets. I'm 50 and in better shape than I've ever been. TRT and peptides sure help as well.
2:01 ~ Never thought the day would come when I'd hear an empty dumbbell. While I'm never one to drop weights like an inconsiderate bozo, I can say with some confidence they shouldn't sound like a 5-gallon water jug needing a refill.
When I heard it hit the floor I burst out laughing. It's one thing to automatically assume the fake weight but it's another to have the assumption almost instantly justified lol
The gym has always been an interesting place. Throw in some social media videos and it can get a bit freaky :) Natural vegan bodybuilder women and screaming women - I wonder what planet I landed on sometimes :) It's fun to watch no matter what.
One thing that is ridiculous is for example the machines at Planet Fitness or Pizza planet have a tray on top to put your water phone and keys and people will just throw their water and keys on the floor. And then get pissed off when you knock it over on accident. There is absolutely no gym etiquette anymore maybe somewhere. In the 90s we’d walk into the gym. See somebody say doing cable tricep push downs and ask them how many sets they had left? And you would work in with them or you would say, what are you working on today and you guys would do arms together, for example. Now people sit on a machine for 10 minutes, not even getting up between sets and looking at their phone like they own it.
@ARGENTIN0usually beginners, I was like that, now I don't care as much what people do or what people see me do, of course I'm not hogging machines and looking like I'm doing jack all
