I personally interpret Wicked Cycle! Iruma as Iruma's real self. People sometimes suppress parts of themselves, and this would especially make sense for Iruma when you consider his terrible upbringing, since he was never allowed to truly be honest about how he felt or what he wanted since his parents didn't care about him.
Original Iruma: "I don't want to be seen or get any attention! I need to stay as small as possible!" *This* Iruma: *"I roll up on the royal carriage, my fans swoon at my wave, and I make sure everyone whispers my name!"*
