Looking at the cases we see of wicked cycles (minus those that return to origin) we see that of the four people (iruma, asmodeus, sabro, and gaap) 2 of them dress down. However when Sabro changes he was in the process of bringing attacked so its fair that he didn't have time. And when gaap changes, he moved his hair so he kinda undressed

But what it really does is flip their personality to the exact opposite of how they usually are. Meaning if Clara somehow forced her Evil Cycle to happen. Everyone would be screwed.
