Boy why didn’t you wrap first
I have the same duck bill and did the double sided tape at first. It flew off at 90mph, I definitely recommend riveting or screwing it in. I haven't had any issues with it since then. But looks good with the cream
How much double sided tape did you use? My Duckbill was secured as welds.

Wondering why is it that hard? I have a e46 m3 and was wanting to get headers
Lamont Austin it’s not that it’s hard it’s just tedious, there are 16 header bolts. If your not careful you may strip them, the flanges from the header to the mid pipe usually don’t fit so u might have to weld them, and getting the motor be careful jacking the motor up if u choose to remove the mount. I snapped my driver side mount doing that and had to reposition the motor back into place in order to finish it. Also the o2 sensor have fitment issues, I had to weld new bungs on them, I recommend using oem gaskets as well, don’t use the eBay ones because they will leak

Thats funny, you went through an entire to do for glued on emblems with floss only to find out its pressed into the grommets, but then just breezed over it like "That never happened". LOL. Totally saw this coming when you began to use the floss.

You should of bought two 90 degree o2 bung and you are gonna have to cut and shorten the rear header second 02 bung and weld the new 90 degree angle unless you bang your firewall or you delete them which you would need to get your ecu tuned so your car won't run like crap lol

It would’ve been harder due to not being stationary. On the car it was easier to lay the wrap.

Bro you are so fucked on the ebay headers. Not to be negative but you might have to do some cutting and welding. The second o2 sensors dont fit. I just got my girlfriend headers for her e46 this christmas
I know but I’m okay with that because I have a local muffler shop that is going to hack it for me. I’ve seen people have issues with fitments with these eBay headers with the o2 sensors hitting and being misaligned but we gotta go full send for the boys!
