This is interesting. I just watched another video directly before this one. The old guy was using the Jasco product only... in his garage. He said to NOT let it dry, or the paint will harden back up as if you had never used it almost. Said to keep adding more if it starts to dry.
He literally just took a wire brush dipped in gas... then used it to gently wipe the paint off with an almost 100% removal with almost no effort. It was very clean metal under there afterwards.
The paint was totally gumming up the brush that he then dipped back into the bowl of gasoline... then slung the chunks of paint off onto an old floormat. Major difference than what I just saw from you guys.
Have you guys tried all three of these without allowing it to dry out?
I will be tackling this soon and want it to go as easy as possible. lol

I count six coats of paint on my boat. Just wasted a whole can of EZ off on the bottom which I think is covered in bed liner too. 5 minutes in its kind of foaming up and melting that thick nasty paint off. I'll probably let it sit overnight. It may rain on it which may or may not be good. I'll be buying a couple more cans of oven cleaner tomorrow... Hopefully when it dries I can wire wheel it off really easily. 5 minutes in and it's scraping off like butter but I can tell it needs some time to dissolve all those thick layers. I bet the boat will be 10lbs less after all that paint is stripped. Maybe I'll try aircraft remover after the cheap oven cleaner and wire wheel gets the worst

Hey, I had forgotten about you two. I subscribed because you seem like nice people who will take us along on your projects. I know providing YT content is very hard work. But if you keep grinding you could easily attain 100k subscribers. The opening is nice. Add another 15 seconds with your first names, your doggos’ names, and a quick description of what your channel features. Personally, I like watching people fish, prepare harvested food, and document their DIY projects. Check out Simple Living Alaska’s YT channel-you two could get to that level of comfort in front of the camera.
What on earth makes that noise? If those are cicadas they are ten times louder than ours in Wisconsin.
Good luck on your project. Either call companies and get them to supply you with featured product or just buy a $1,200 johnboat and take us fishing! The paint remover costs are adding up!

Duane! Great to hear from you again. This comment made our week! We have been busy with a few life changes (the good kind) but are about to ramp up the content and keep a more consistent cadence.
We will for sure check that channel out. I really like the idea of adding a personable part to the intro, along with the channel description. We have more testing, fishing, and a big jon boat update on the way.
