You should make a video about what to do when your on a bit of a losing streak. Do you carry on and wait for the tide to turn, take a break or maybe do something different. It can be very frustrating and it's the one thing I really hate about gambling
Just change your betting strategy when on a losing streak, by backing and laying in running. It will clear your head. Remember Variance applies to everything. Winning streaks and losing streaks have a high percentage of variance built in. Just my opinion, but it works for me.

Why the American spin on the video with use of dollars and franchise style 'Brentford Bees' name tag? Interesting stuff though, I wonder what the honest % chance he places on Brentford surviving in the Prem next season. Given their success in recent years it seems amazing that no other clubs appear to have taken a similar approach, especially in the Championship. Even if you don't end up being promoted and build a secure base in the Prem, the ability to polish a gem once every other season would be an absolute game changer for all clubs, banking £20m in the process and potentially securing the long term existence of the club.
1. Well at least he used his brains and natural honed talent to buy the club 2. Premier league is most enjoyable because it's hard to know who will be the top clubs, imagine ivan toney gets injured immediately what would club morale be? Such variable are harder to compute
Very interesting. But how are Brentford valued at $300m? Bigger clubs which have been in the PL dont have that current valuation. Infrastructure like their training ground are leased and underdeveloped.
it really depends on how you do the valuation, different sources often provide wildly different results taking into consideration different factors. which one where you going by?

I'm watching this in 2023, I've known about MoneyBall in football for quite some time now but this year its really rose to prominence and gained more attention by fans, its only going to become more and more prominent in football in the future as more and more teams start to adopt this strategy which inevitably will happen because of how successful its proven to be. This is the future of football. ⚽️ and it only benefits everyone as it gives less prominent players more of a chance to make it onto bigger stages and gives more young players a chance, as well as giving smaller clubs more cash and thus better and players which means more competition in football.
He doesn't rely on himself being smart. His model is scalable. They keep track of premier League quality players who may even be champions League level statistically but their market price is very low. He will bring some in during this transfer window. A good bet would be Brentford to stay up. It was harder in the championship because youre limited to a small transfer budget each season with fair play rules, his model will actually work better in the premier League.
They will be the best club in the league in 10 years if they do not become tainted by greed and other economic interests. If they remain purely mathematical, its guaranteed.
