    Harry, thanks so much for this video! I was able to install mine on my 2020 DCT Tour with ease! I also appreciate the little chat we had over the phone! Your product is just what I needed to make my bike much more comfortable for me! I went on a 600-mile trip the day after I installed them and they do make a world of difference for me. I'm 5'8" and they make the reach easier! Thanks again, Harry!! Stay Safe!!

    I highly recommend it
    I've installed the Hellibars in a 2019 Goldwing with airbag and following the instructions in Harry's video,
    It has been very easy and quick to install.
    Now the driving position is more relaxed and the arms are less stretched
    I have left the Hellibars in sight and I have not put the cover of the cables and screws.
    It looks pretty good and there is enough space with the handlebars.
    Thanks for your help Harry.

    had the Heli Bars installed today at the Cornish, Maine location. Harry did the install in under an hour and I got to watch - glad I let the professionals do the work - great job. the 115 mile ride home was not the same as the 115 mile ride up - the ride home felt like a different bike. leaning on the backrest was not with my arms stretched all the way out, extremely comfortable - should have done it on my first ride of the year!!!!!!!!!

    Excellent video HeliBoy ..... I don't know why I didn't see it, before installing the fog light (with the switch), I used the crusiman's garage video and he disarms almost the entire front to get to this point and place the switch on the console (more than 1 hour and a half). I will use this video to install the switch to open my garage !!!!!! Thanks so much !!!!!

    I installed these on a '21 Tour DCT today. The step about loosening the front panel mount bracket in order to reposition it slightly upwards can't be done because the bracket is held tightly in position with no free play after the two bolts are loosened. However, after I finished the installation, the bars maintain clearance with the control panel so there's no issue. Even allowing for some manufacturing variation, it looks like there's ample clearance so this likely won't be needed. Good idea to check on your bike of course.
    The risers work perfectly and are very high quality. I found the OEM location was a little too far forward and the grip angle was a little shallow and didn't fit the natural angle of my hands in the riding position. These risers pivot the grips aft which solves both those problems simultaneously; the reach is reduced and the grip angle increased just enough to be perfect for me.

    Hello Harry, my name is Jim. I’m trying to install the helibar on my 2019 dct tour. I’m watching your video, I push the console forward it will not lift straight up. Is their something else that needs to be removed from under the console?

    • @harryeddy2208
      @harryeddy2208 4 года назад

      As long as the console has slid forward and tapped against the dash just keep increasing pressure with your fingers pulling up until it releases. Just make sure the console is all the way forward first!

    • @alp3781
      @alp3781 4 года назад +1

      I hope you solved that issue by now. I just did mine and had the same issues. Comes to find out that you need to raise the whole console horizontally straight up after bringing the unit forward towards the front of the the bike. The tab will not let the console to be released if not evenly raised up !!!!

    I Have an 08 and even that bike has u reaching forward I am 5'9" and I needed to install risers to move bars back. U can ride the bike just fine without risers but this is about comfort. This was done because of the all day rides we do. This is why Harley guys don't like the riding position on Wings (Reaching forward). This new wing has an even more forward position? in 2 more modal years (That's when I will buy one) The bars will need to be moved back accordingly.
