    I practice intermittent fasting and have found it works for me. When I was working at the library 2 nights per week 4-8. I would eat a meal before I left for work. At work I would eat a light snack. Now that I am not working, I finish my meal by 6:30. Brush my teeth and put in my Invisalign. Don't want to have to brush my teeth again so I do not consume anything after 6:45 pm except water. I eat breakfast at 8:30. Even before retiring I ate my largest meal at around noontime. There is a saying, breakfast eat like a king, lunch eat like a queen and dinner eat like a pauper.

    Sorry your meds aren't working well for you. I am having a lot of anxiety and I hate that feeling. I started having anxiety issues during menopause and when I am going through a hard time as I am now, anxiety flares up. Take care, Tracy. Hope you and your roommate are adjusting smoothly.

    Does the lamp have an app that you can use for on/off like a Roku TV?
