Great Video Lisa. This is the best video revealing one of the most important method of customer service. It wasn't even focused upon. It's how your pharmacy staff greeted customers when they came into the store. Show your customer that you care about them. Along with treating the customers that way, I also speak clearly and politely when I call a doctor's office staff. I recently contacted a physician's office to review an older patient's prescription profile. He wasn't sure which medications he was currently using. The young lady pleasantly said," I never had a pharmacy call me to review a patients needs and to discontinue the unneeded meds." That says it all.Thanks Again! JJC

The concept of a bounce back coupon is a coupon that is good on their next visit with a short expiration date. This way they are encouraged to bounce back into your pharmacy.
I was not able to find the template for the bounce back coupons. would you please be able to direct me on that template. i know you mentioned you had excel and canva.

that’s a great story. yes how you treat the customer and patient once they go to you is key for patient retention.
