Queen of Hearts and King of Spade are left. Also, in the manga Chisiya was labeled as a Medical Student and not necessarily a "doctor". Thats why the head doctor gave him orders that he had to do. That was really fleshed out well in this episode, but they did at least say "University Hospital" I believe.
He's probably in his residency that's why he's in the university hospital instead of the main hospital.
I liked this game. In the first half, Chishiya played the long game. While everyone were focused on winning round by round, he understood that the point of the game was to bleed everyone else faster than him, so throwing in 100s were necessary sacrifices to keep the numbers from becoming perpetual 0s.
Then he shifted the game from one of intellect into a game of hearts by placing the decision the king wanted to avoid making onto him.
Finally someone who gets it. Then again it takes a while for this to click in. The King of Diamonds just didn't want to pick who loses because he cant determine the value of life.
Well i think it is suitable for diamond more than heart because from the start it is a game of wit.....everyone trying so much to figure out the math...and numbers...but from the start this game was wit and understanding the opponent is point....what they need to do it understanding what opponent thinks and chishiya did it

Chishiya be clearing all these games by himself😭, like props to him for doing all that tho. (Also for subtitles try instead of having it on [English CC] Put it on just “English” only bc those are the actual subtitles and it reveals more as well.)
Did yall know they removed a character from the manga and gave his story to Ann! (The exploring the borderland storyline). Since she really didnt do anything after the beach arc.
One thing I didn't like was how they brushed over the king of hearts, I really wanted to see that one U-U

I don't know chishiya's exact age but he looks a lot older in the manga so it's a bit more believable there that he was a doctor
To me the acid thing was the worst of all the deaths it's horrific it was hard to watch the first time I watched the series & it's still hard to watch this time around I'm traumatized. 😭

35:00 This episode really presented some things that were hard to chose sides on. Yes, people with money skipping the line to get medical care for themselves or their loved ones SEEMS cruel, but only on the surface. The reality is, those same wealthy people were keeping the hospital going, which allowed the hospital to continue to offer services to many other people. So, what do you do? Do you deny the wealthy who want to skip the line, and have those same people go to other hospitals and give them their money? And you end up having to turn patients away who can't afford services, because you simply don't have the money to pay for staff, equipment, rooms, medicine? Is it better that some "win", so that more "others" can win too?
