So here is MY method. It works for me like 99 percent of the time. Make sure you have airplane mode on. If you have an item you want to dupe, first move it over to shared stash. Save and exit once, go back into a game, wait about 5 secs, and save and exit a second time, if you're feeling nervous, make another game, and save and exit a third time. Now wait 5 secs in the characters screen, then close the app. Re-launch app. Pick any character, ideally the one you want to dupe the item to, or even just one with space. Grab the item or items you want to dupe, and put into either or both personal stash and/or cube. Wait 5-6 seconds AFTER the item has been moved. Save and exit game. Wait 5 secs in character screen, and then close the app. Re-launch app and check your character, should now have the moved items, and the items should ALSO still be in shared stash. I have done this as recently as yesterday, it works. I have yet to have it not work doing this method. But if you want to do it a few times in a row, you either have to keep doing the method WITHOUT moving any personal stash items, or re-launch the app each time. What you DONT want is the red save logo in bottom right to appear while moving items, if this happens, redo all steps above. Make sure to save and exit minimum twice before closing the app. or you may lose the item you want to dupe before you can dupe it. If you are nervous, start with some mid runes. and gems, and just cube up to HR's so you dont lose any valuables. Once you find the rhythm of the method you may become more bold. If anything, this just replaces hero editor for me, so I make runewords I would otherwise never be able to make.
-turn on airplane mode -close and reboot D2R app -open D2R, choose a character, enter game, move items you want to dupe to from shared stash to personal stash, or personal inventory/cube -sit in town for 5-6s -save & exit game -wait in pregame creation screen for 5s -hit the home button, and close game from menu when you re-launch the app, items should now be in both shared and personal stashes. ***the part I may have left out and maybe you are missing, is hitting the home button to close the app that way. Still works as of today on switch. It seems it’s hit or miss though and I think that’s because it must have autosaved at some point during the process when I didn’t want it to. Anyway happy duping!
Anyone tested it after Nov 1 2022 patch? I'm wary of downloading it since it says it modifies file system on switch and also another note regarding the devs addressing duplication, but not sure its for offline or that recent ladder glitch

Havent made enigma yet,looking for the right armour. Try experimentig with playing a character, putting into sleep mode, switch on, transfer items to personal stash, save and exit and right away. It is only fair because if you do it the wrong way you can lose items. I lost my 1st monarch spirit sheild that way. Use/transform/socket/combine items asap so you dont lose them. Sorry if I dont say the last step but i dont want blizzard to patch it yet. if you do your research with related videos you will see the last step.
So when do you put it into flight mode? I have to have it off in order to start the game, and as soon as the game starts I turn flight mode on. I have done it once the first time I tried, now it doesn't work.
@@alexbatchelder1660 sorry I couldn't figure out what root cause is, I can play in flight mode all the time because using main console, which doens't require connection check before startting a game
i tried it, it worked, till it didnt and the items got removed from my stash and all cloned items disappeared along with originals i cloned from, was able to recover with my cloud saves

@@longta2644 took me a couple tries to get it to work right.. what you do is after you switched the items from the shared tab you have to run into the blood moore and kill a monster or two then save and exit but just before it returns to main screen (so when the loading screen is still black) you exit and close the game on my switch its roughly 4 seconds after i pressed save and exit then it should work.. every now and then it doesn't dupe but most the time it works
@@nvkolesnikov I take it out of my shared stash. Immediately save quit and unplugged my console during the loading screen. DISCLAIMER it worked 2 times in a row with armour but failed everytime I tried with a rune. Like other dupe glitches it can delete the item entirely so don’t do it with anything you would risk losing until you test it and get it al locked down

Yes this still works. Put items in last shared stash, play on character until you see the save pentagram. Switch to lower level char and move item ls to personal stash. Save exit, close game. Launch game go to the higher level char check see if stuffs there, save exit and go to lower level char. Should be duped.

I was able to confirm this works on SWITCH as of just right now if you turn off internet. The blizzard/bet screen reads . v1.269387 TEST, after connecting it shows the bnet connection and PROD. just trivially duped a CTA and an Engima using this same method. It wasn't working when I was connected to bnet.
Works in March of 2024. Try airplane mode and slowing down the stash transfers.

With latest version and flight mode, i am able to, as of today, dupe rune, gears, keys, organs, respec item, charms. But not everytime it works.
So when do you put it into flight mode? I have to have it off in order to start the game, and as soon as the game starts I turn flight mode on. I have done it once the first time I tried, now it doesn't work.

If you turn off internet how did you get past the main screen , it’s required to connect before getting to character screen?
@@powernew1155 there's a pop up that it can't find an internet connection and you dismiss it and play offline mode.
