That allows a lot of Narcissistic disordered personalities to get into the system that was once an special group able to judge good guy from bad guy and let the unimportant shit go to keep peace and safety and using the law to protect society rather than Uphold the Law to create an enemy of society, This cop should have asked for the kids contact info and located the legal guardians over a damn window and then went about his job instead of escalating the situation into deadly force. This is a known psychological phenomenon.
      NASA and the aviation community have spent millions trying to find a solution, as have the medical community.
      When we try to react under stress our brains sometimes perform a similar but different action than what you intended.
      Hitting the gas instead of the brake for example.
      The likelihood of this is higher if one of the actions has been practiced or performed more than another.
      Tasers are far more expensive to practice with than firearms, which means few departments have the budget to train with them regularly.
      This does not excuse the officer, and he should be charged with negligent wounding.
      However unless there is additional evidence, attempted murder doesn’t fit what is shown in the video.
      Negligence and incompetence due to poor department training is simply more likely than malice from an individual who knows his every action and word is being recorded by multiple cameras.

      How about not breaking the law and fighting with them did you ever think that might be the way to stay our having trouble with law-enforcement? Or is that just way way too hard for you to even comprehend? It’s really simple for regular people don’t fight with cops is the easiest and simplest way to avoid problems, or don’t commit crimes those are two pretty easy things for non-criminal lowlife scum bags to do. But if you’re going to break laws and fight with police I’m not sure where trust comes in to play but play stupid games win stupid prizes you’re fighting with someone that has a gun you can trust that you are increasing your chances of getting shot by 1000%. Just like trying to rob a person that has a gun you’re increasing your chances of getting shot 1000%. But if you don’t rob a person that has a gun then I guess you can trust them not to shoot you, and if you don’t fight with the cops I guess you can trust them not to shoot you. There’s your lesson for today I hope it helps build your trust.

As soon as he shot the gun he would have known it was a gun and he also changed over to the taser when he tried to tase him going over the fence. 14 years old and shot for walking down the street? That's insane. At no time did the child pose a physical threat to even warrant the tasing, in the first place. That is not the discussion here. They had reasonable suspicion because of whatever the woman showed them on her phone. That's why he was placed under arrest. Everything else was justified. The kid is resisting and they also dont know how old he is. He is as tall as the cops are. You dont HAVE to know what you're being charged with before being placed in cuffs.
      The only issue here is the shooting.

      Only in America I notice that police officers are very quick to shoot for almost any events, most of them apply hostility approach with intent to arrest. A lot of them aren't that humane they're very sadistic in many ways.

    • @miked172
      @miked172 9 месяцев назад

      @@jackrack1441 You pointed out the reality that a lot of people don't understand. Police are always hostile, and they have an "obey me or else" mindset. That's why so many of them commit domestic violence. It becomes their personality so it explains why they beat their wife around the kitchen when she says she's too tired to make dinner. This is also why a lot of officers take it personal when someone they are interacting with refuses to ID themselves if the officer has no legal reason to ask for ID. A LOT of people are assaulted/cuffed and arrested on bogus charges of "obstruction" and "resisting arrest" because they don't hand over their ID like good little subjects. When you don't say "yes master here is my ID even though I committed no crime and you have no reason to suspect me of one" they get angry and retaliate with violence because they knew they will face zero consequences because departments will investigate themselves and determine they did nothing wrong, and the general public will support the officer who did it because they are completely oblivious to the Fourth Amendment and the fact that we DO NOT need to identify ourselves to police just because they ask.

Be careful kiddos about breaking things at your friend's house because this could possibly happen to you.

      Some 14 year olds do commit crimes, including murder. Breaking a window is a crime, albeit a misdemeanor. The proper response to the commission of any crime, regardless of the perpetrator's age, is to call police. The woman who said her window was broken may not have known his family, and would have had no idea how they would have responded to her allegations. It's absolutely best for all parties involved to adjudicate this through proper channels. If the boy didn't do what she alleged, he won't be charged. But, if he did, being held accountable might help deter him from pursuing further criminal activity in the future. Far too many kids escalate their criminal activity because they aren't held accountable soon enough.
