Suspension Rod (Shock Dampener) part number: 0030802045E
If your washer is making a louse banging noise, you first want to check if your washer is balanced (leveled).
My washer was leveled so the next step was to check each suspension rod that holds the drum. I found that one of them was corroded.

Thanks José, I just fixed my washer in like 30 min and probably saved myself 200 bucks. It was so easy, just a loose hose banging against the side. A little duct tape and I’m good to go. Great videos man!!!

My Maytag top loader with an agitator sometimes makes a knocking sound while its spinning but not all the time. Would the problem be in the suspension rods?

Mine is far worse, it literally moves itself and the apartment complex neighbors can hear it

I have a whirlpool cabrio WTW6340WW0 Whirlpool Washer that vibrates really bad during low speed spin cycle. I have replaced the suspension rods, leveled the washer, pulled the drum, no noise coming from drum shaft or play from shaft, checked motor bolt for tightness .it seems like its missing more suspension parts on the bottom drum. any thoughts on what else I can check.
I haven’t seen that issue yet. One of the main things why it vibrates would be the suspension rod and leveled but you already did that.
That’s a tough one to diagnose.
Do you have clothes in during the cycle or just running it with water?
I seen washing machines vibrate if you are just testing it with water.
Where can you order the part?
Question, if those do not get changed, the machine will eventually just stop during a war cycle with a loud screech sound right?

I would think even if it’s different brands it would still think it should open the same depending the type of washer you bought
What instructions are different for a front load washer?
Not really sure since I never owned a front load. They may have diferente parts.

Not necessarily, you probably have a different issue. The washer drained well but it was just making a bunch of noise banging all over the place.
@@javierespinoza8135 So the issue was beyond minor!! Apparently my washer is bougie..I can't just throw my clothes in the washer. I have to put them in as if I have a agitator🤦🏿♀️.. No more issue..

Bradie Blanchard Those were brand specific. I got them on eBay. I just typed in the part number and those popped up.
That is easy compared to Amana washers 😏

Im pretty sure if your going to use level.. it’d be in the inner drum part… like putting something that reaches from side to side & than put level on top of that…. Cause i mean C’mon buddy.. its not an a a/c condenser or unit your sitting down and doubt anyone has their washer outside sitting on the side of a hill… yuh goofyy 😅
But sometimes with the skin cycle one of the legs lowers etc. definitely can be unlevel in a house
