you don't need arrowhead with hand laid stock, you still get 100 recoil
@@casf120 Exactly, why would you give up the extra 10 range for arrowhead? Fitted stock gets to 100 for only -5 handling plus it give you 10 stability.

Yup I know the feeling. I live in the Netherlands and my internet speed aint the fastest either. On the opponents screen ill look like a stationary target. But on my screen I was in the middle of a Hunter dodge. Or my head would be above a door and I still get headshotted. Latency at its best.
In these RUclips videos the opponents always seem like confused headless chickens but my opponents are Terminators that immeadiatly hit you as soon as your toe sticks around the corner.
So im Basicly a headless chicken on the enemy screen.

Outbreak Perfected has been, and always will be my favorite weapon in D2. when I heard it was going to be craftable, I knew it was going to become something special, and this is a great example of that. it truly is, PERFECTED. S-tier utility.

Do a full trials run with Outbreak/Helio Heal clip/ HunterSolar build. It’s my favorite build for a reason. So much fun! I usually rock bouncy knives but you can rock whatever exotic and heavy you want.
People hate on that map but it’s honestly one of my favorite destiny maps ever and it’s also the only map I’ve gotten a 50 streak on
