Nah, realistically we need to be looking at outright getting rid of him and maybe Noni as well. Need to upgrade on these areas out wide.
1.We need CB or real CDM someone like Pahlihna ( possibly 2 players on that position).
2. We MUST sign n.9(probably 2 of them). Jakcson can play LW.
3. I think we should sell Mudryk if there's any interest in him,or at least loan him out and prey that some club will come to buy him.
4. RB is more problematic positio for us than LB since we cannot count on Reece-James for 2 seasons already.
5. Selling Chalobah and Gallagher will be a massive mistake.
6. Sterling will be sold whatever happens with the transfer window
7. The most realistic n.9 that we might sign is Šeško..
Who will pliz tell the owners to sign Bowen quickly as possible..

I disagree about Bernardo Silva. Why would he care about winning at Chelsea? He’s already won everything there is to win in England. He would only come for a paycheck.
He’s ballon d’or level talent wise so that’s why I would want him. Because Pulisic actually had credit in the bank. People seem to forget that until his injury before the FA cup final he was by far and away our best player, and showed everyone that he was good enough for the team. After that injury he never really got back to that level, but people could see he had the ability. Mudryk is different, he's come in for a massive amount of money (not his fault), but severely lacks in the brains department. There's talent there, but that means nothing if you don't know how to apply it.

Then potch gave him the run of games in recent weeks and he’s been possibly the worst he’s been in a chelsea shirt so my criticism of potch doing that early in the year is less now, boils down to who would you rather have a shit young player or a shit old player, and I think I’d rather mudryk start over sterling but if he keeps up this form I’d drop him for sterling again

They are also on the verge of completing Sporting's first double this season. Just how much proven/experience do you want exactly? I think we should consider 3 man middlefield, caicedo and enzo in a 2 man pivot just dont work. Caicedo plays best when he can drop deeper and help the defender play out from under the preassure, so does enzo, when caiced plays next to Gallagher who mostly runs and presses he looks amazing. They either should rotate or chelsea need to change system/tactic to accommodate them both.
I rather see sterling go before Mudryk his still a prospect with regards to his age & abilities Sterling isn’t as promising

we saw clearly that during the last match the passing from chelsea are dominated to the right...badiashile was reluctant to pass the ball to the left where mudryks is..and the whole 2nd half almost the left areas were less heat pattern compared to the right and center...this proved that the players dont have any more trust to mudryk for carrying the ball upfront

Grealish isn't a player that you buy to score goals. You buy him to be this guy who can make indivdual differencies into a low block, which is a quality we definitely lacked this season. I'm not certain myself that he is the guy we need, but that would not be that different we'd take a guy like Williams who has the same profile in my opinion. Bowen in his case, in a super finisher but he's mostly great on counter attacks, while Chelsea (if we keep Poch) is a team that actually holds the ball a lot. Maybe he would not really fit this system, unless he plays as a 9 maybe. Simons can be a perfect choice but PSG will ask a ridiculous amount of money. We should focus on picking a proper number 9 and I think Sesko would be perfect. Great in the air, good finishing, won't cost a lot.
Out of the entire lot I would love to see Bowen at the bridge. Simmons assist stats caught my eye but I really don’t know much about him. Please don’t sign grealish.
I think Kingsley Comen would be a good option on the left wing, but he has a bad injury record.

Wingers can be 21-24 age no problem. CB and Strikers should be bought at 26-28 that’s where experience Chelsea need.
I think Chelsea should look in some players from Bayern because they are going to change a lot in next summer. I know some names can be dubious because of not being in a good moment there, but they have experience, like upamecano, sane, davies, goretska. They can be in a good price and add experience

On Grealish you could be wrong, what if Man City is set up to play the Halaand. For me, Graelish is 90% better than Mudryk. But I also don't see how this will happen as I think Jackson will most probably move to the left and Nkunku will come in the middle or vice versa. Hutchinson to the right.

So I believe that the reason Grealish has failed at City, is because he doesn't have enough space to utilize in. When he was at Villa they used to sit back, and he would run into space with the ball and wait for the rest of the team to get into positions, kinda like Hazard at Chelsea. His style doesn't fit City, but maybe (I said maybe) he can make it work better at Chelsea, as we don't dominate the pitch in the same way as City does ✌💙

I think you guys are not considering one important issue here, which is, the psychological and mental deficiency of the management coming into play again by just buying any how players, ie if your transfers rumor is true. Then how can the new coach if at all they want to hire new one cop up with those kind of players which may not be good for his formation. That means Chelsea board are not learning then.

Sorry but your sources and analysis about Amorim are way wrong. It looks like you were not following closely the negotiations with Liverpool and you are not well informed. Amorim rejected Chelsea and Tottenam last summer and the main reason was not because he wanted to stay in Lisbon but because neither Chelsea neither Tottenam play in Champions League. Amorim did not reject Liverpool. Liverpool chose Slot over Amorim. There is a nice article written by Mark Ogden of Espn which explains why Amorim lost the job. You should read about it. It looks like Amorim wants to play only 3-4-3, having quick defending and aggressive midfielders, which would make players lik McAlister obsolete. It was a very complicated signing for Liverpool and it would require to change significantly the roster. If you want Amorim you need to be in CL, simple as that.
