RBMN 2023 40th Anniversary unit leads PIJT Excursion 8-20-23

Made a mad dash for RBMN's Penobscot yard on the morning of sunday aug 20th after hearing that the RBMN's freshly painted GP38-2 40th anniversary unit # 2023 was in charge of the Pittston - Jim Thorpe Excursion for the day. was able to chase from Penobscot yard down to White Haven before calling it quits as to not wanting to deal with traffic in Jim Thorpe.
