Very nice ! I live in on the gulf coast so it’s interesting to see how beaches on this side differ from beaches in that area. BTW there are TONS of Culver’s in the Tampa area. Almost on every block.
The beaches do change quite a bit from different areas which you’ll see in a lot of my future uploads. It’s funny with Culver’s because when you look on the map it looks like there’s not that many but I did see a ton of them in other areas of Florida LOL
The water is more wavy and more windy in the east, and the water is cleaner because of the currents in the Atlantic. And there's way more beach coastline in the east.
Wow Jensen Beach. I used to live in Port Saint Lucie Florida in my high school days and that was way back in the 80's. I remember going to Jensen Beach, fun times. @@christinekeefe9004 I actually had 2 people telling me I was wrong on Melbourne was not a sleepy town. I’ve looked at a few job opportunities there working for NASA sub-contractors as I mainly want to be near surfing spots like Sebastian. For now I drive to New Smyrna most weekends
@@christinekeefe9004 It can be, if you're looking for exciting night life. But hey its still affordable! And they are developing the area a lot
@@MichaelBordenaro Yes the area is definitely being developed a lot lately.
Did you move?
Not yet still exploring
Are you wearing sunscreen during all of this?
Sometimes...😬
Following you on Instagram!😊😊
Me too 🤩
By the way, you play awesome guitar. You know how to rockn’ roll. 😊😊
Michael, your videos are fantastic. Have you sold your 1 BTC that you bought at around $25k?
Thanks a lot! Nope! I plan on holding it much longer. I am watching to see how much further it will go down, and then I plan to buy more
@@MichaelBordenaro Good for you. I can’t handle that kind of volatility.
@@MegaChristian3 It doesn't bother me really, because I am fully aware of the potential bitcoin has for the future, I don't need those immediate profits as I have other investments as well. In it for the long run😀
Melbourne’s too extra
Beautiful beach 🏝 love free parking 👍🏼
Yeah I can’t beat free!
I am looking to buy a house in Florida no more than 100k and I am not sure what areas to look at for a single individual no children that works from home!
Most houses I see here in that range are manufactured homes, usually not a single family home. If you are open to that, then many areas can be considered
@@MichaelBordenaro I have noticed that aswell! but lot rent can be pricey! What if I were to buy land and then build a manufactured home on top of it?
@@Talania12 Buying the land is a MUCH better option, and I would even go as far to say as never rent the lot. A lot of these areas where people rent the lots, are seeing massive increases in rents in order to get them out and re develop the land. Much better to own, smart 👍
