we don't need reinforcements. Except for catcher. Amaya is a one eighty hitter who cannot catch, think, throw, hit, run, or walk. He belongs at AA forever. The starting team needs to start swinging at the first pitch that is a strike. They take the first strike regardless of it is 0-0 or 3-0. But then they will swing at the next pitch after a called strike one. Most times that pitch is about 8 feet outside. They don't care. Then they check swing for a called strike 3. Suzuki, Busch, Swanson, etc.. They are all dumb and passive instead of smart and aggressive. The other day they swung at the first two pitches of the game. One was a double. The next was a dinger. In two minutes after two pitches they were up two to nothing. And that smartness and aggressiveness has not been seen since. A really dumb team led by a dumb manager who does not mandate swinging in hitting counts. Instead? Check swing strike 3 sit down
