I had a terrible experience at HN Food on MM Alam Road yesterday. I was very disappointed with everything. I wish Pakistani business owners would learn how to run their businesses better and be more consistent. HN Food used to be one of the best places in Lahore, but they're ruining it.
- The waiters and helpers were not taking their jobs seriously, and no one took our order at first.
- We ordered Mutton Karahi with special spices, but it came out cold and tasted terrible (0/10). They also forgot part of our order.
- When they turned on the air cooler, dust came out and covered us in sand.
- I told the manager about all the problems, and he admitted they made mistakes. Please avoid HN Food at all costs. I used to love this place, but now I'm warning others to stay away.
