Solid finds man. Those are the most fun days at thrift stores - when you find something super nostalgic to keep and you can make some money while you're at it.
My all time greatest find (and I know I'll never beat it) was last year when my local thrift store manager - who I've gotten to know - motioned for me to come to the back and look at a donation they had just received. It was 8 full totes of 90s toys (ninja turtles, x-men, batman, captain planet, pokemon, digimon, tiger electronics, power rangers, megazords, mortal kombat, street fighter, wrestling figures, and plushes)!!! It's thousands of dollars worth of toys and they said I'd be helping them out if I took it all for $10 per tote so they didn't have to go through it all. I've go through and sorted and cleaned it all up, but only sold about 10% of it for around $1,100.00. I'll send you a message on Facebook with pictures.
That HBO Spawn cartoon is actually pretty good. Plus you can't beat Keith David as Spawn 🤘

Tales of Vesperia is a great JRPG. It's like the 8th game in the "Tales" series, I think. I used to play Tales of Destiny on PS1 all the time!

Was thinking the same. Not sure but the Deadpool game is even more expensive in Europe? about 25 euro's at Cex (.nl). btw. PS3 games are not region locked.
All four versions of this game are relatively valuable, PS3, Xbox360, PS4 and Xbox One. The game was pulled relatively shortly after it's release because the publisher lost the license. You can't even get it digitally.
Another game to look for is American McGee's Alice Madness Returns, both XBOX 360 and PS3 copies.
Tales of Vesperia is one of my favorites.. Such a good game! Also the whole Tales series is really good if you like RPG/JRPG style games. Great find!
i love finding ti-83s and ti-84s resale'n. they sell really fast, and if for some reason they don't work, they're usually an easy fix.
I've been sitting on 2 83s for months! I need to lower the price just so I don't have to see them anymore!

Omg, that obsolete TI-85! I used to have one in high school. I would just make pixel art on it. Drawing on that thing was such a great escape from the boredom of classes. Sadly, someone stole it from me. I'd happily buy another one today for $4!

I'm jealous of the selections at your Goodwill locations. Mine don't even put out the games. My best find in the past month has been printer ink cartridges for $11 that sold for $75. I've had better luck lately buying clearance toys at Barnes and Nobles (Funko's are usually marked down to $2) and flipping them.
Haven't found any games at GW in like a month... but I'm killing it on other items. $2 Blue Apple Mac keyboard, $6 sealed board games, $6 blue Keurig K-Mini, $6 Yamaha YST-M8 speakers, $3 CamGear tripod, $120 for probably $350ish in sealed printer ink, some $3 sealed packs of Canon glossy photo paper, a $2 Tiger Electronics R-Zone XPG, $6 Ipod Nano with a touchscreen, $50 for a brand new in box Canon Pixma printer, and a 3ft long Disney Dinoland Trex for $6.

Who else picks up a game from the thrift store and the case is all junked up. I like to take out all the disc, manual and insert and replace the case with a clean case from the thrift store shelf lol. I would of changed out the Star Wars case in heart beat lol

Story time:
I’ve been selling some old Sailor Moon manga on Mercari and I had a lot of 7 for $15 . I haven’t touched them in years and to me people don’t buy hard copies cause of the internet so to me it was an easy sell .
I get a message from the buyer after the lot sold telling me each volume is worth 15-25 ( I guess they’re not in print that much even Amazon listed $29 or unavailable) . They were shocked I sold all 7 for $15
I seriously considered canceling the sale and then charging maybe like at least 60-75 but after careful thought and perspective I didn’t . As a collector we all enjoy scoring for low prices (Hi Retro Rick ❤️)
I hope I got put out some good juju and karma in the universe for myself and i can continue to grow my own collection for cheap.

I know I’m real late to this party but if you get all of the pieces to the megazord the dragonzord actually snaps and attaches to it. I got them all for Christmas one year and they’re still in my childhood bedroom back home.

Make sure that Star Ocean 360 game has all 3 discs. Witcher 3 vanilla on PS4, even in the generic GS case, was worth $8.

Those power rangers are in decent shape. I watched the first season and enjoyed the green/white ranger story, but after that I never really watched it.

Lots of fun with these cool finds. I feel you on the Power Rangers toys never had a lot of money and when I got some it was gone. So I had the mini MegaZord not as much fun never had the larger Zords. But I did have the Blaster, Morpher Dragon Dagger, and White Tiger Saber. So I still had fun Rangers stuff to play with.
I had that Spyro Demo too. Didn’t get the full game until years later.

PS3 games are going up currently. Keep an eye out for some of that stuff. Azura's Wrath, Yakuza Dead Souls, 3D Dot Game Hero to name a few.
Deadpool is a fun action comedy game and actually worth about 15. Definitely worth a try.

Also that Goodwill was crazy I never find anything at one other than grandma knick-knacks even during the golden years of collecting at the turn of the century.
I don't know how fast they sell but the Sims 2 or Sims 3 PC collections are ones to watch out for.

Damnation and deadpool probably would have been worth the pick up too but I’m learning pretty quickly that those damn PS3 games are hit and miss in my area because of scratches. Our pawn stores won’t even look at them if they are mildly scuffed and god forbid they have a top scratch. Great bunch of pick ups. Glad I’m not up against you this month in trade wars 😂

I still have all my Power Rangers toys and TMNT also and they're all beat up because I played with them a lot because that's what kids do and that's why companies made them. Same with video games.

Random thought: try and sell as much as you can (even if the fund is healthy) and try get the fund close to $1000.00. Then try and diversify your buying technique and see if you can pickup expensive items or collections via eBay?
