Industry requires a lot of capital, 62.5 million is not enough, I believe a budget of at least 500 million is better for half the counties mentioned. If you compare with Japan their projects have good investment in trillions of yen, i mean you can't finance everything at once, the govt should prioritize better and maximize what they have like ship building or affordable housing or dams, but it seems the government trying to fund any project at once, yet they claim we live within our means?
