@@surthrivingalaska2511getting off social media is just healthy in general, dudes been getting hate ever since he popped up don’t think he’s trippin about chito meat riders 💀
I love how dj is not a hater. Alot of people like to hate on suga, but you can not deny the dude is a sniper and shines under the lights on the biggest stage.
He’s a sniper no doubt but I did shake my head during the part where he said he wants to be champ champ and fight ilia next…. For 1) how’s he gunna become champ champ when ilia isn’t even the champ and for 2) I can’t believe Sean is even trying that. Knowing damn good and well volk is the man not ilia. So calling out ilia (interim) is ridiculous. Honestly can’t believe he said that. That hurt me a bit because I’m a Sean fan but to see him call out the contender over the champ trying to get an interim belt to claim champ champ is crazy
Yeah man MMA fans are just some of the most toxic negative people around, not everyone but a big part of their fanbase. It shouldn't come as a surprise that toxic people are attracted to a sport where they literally hurt other people in order to win.
This really has brought me back around to liking him, I loved his skill at first then he kind of turned me off with the whole schtick he had there for a couple years. I love this version though.
Yea the hair and face tats definitely give a different vibe than he actual is. I started listening to his podcast and was surprised that he’s actually very disciplined, is always push self improvement and healthy lifestyle, etc
@@Kody845 I get that most people only see him at UFC events and in their media so they don’t see this side, but if you’ve been a fan of him you’d know this is who he’s always been. He really hasn’t changed at all and it’s great to see

Thank god for Sean and the Sugar show 🦄🥋🍀 - I feel like so many of our MMA heroes are getting old. the end of their careers. Sean is one of the few very exciting new fighters.
Dude this was awesome, I am glad you guys did this. Super cool to get to see two of my favorite fighters interacting with each other. I’d love to see some MMA sparring with you both as well!!

DJ just over the past few months ive noticed a huge difference in the production. Looking awesome brother youre doing great. You already know this but just a happy fan showing appreciation!
DJ you've fastly become my priority watch and was buzzing seeing you team up with Suga. Equally would LOVE you to chat with Tim I think the both of you would have an incredible conversation. It's almost annoying you're as good at interviewing as you are at everything else haha. Keep up the great work mate. I'm happy people got to see the real side of Suga and his professionalism too.
Sean has been the most surprising of anybody to me. I ain't gonna lie, a year or two ago I looked at him kinda like a paddy pimblett. But this dude is a straight , technician artist. Man, those strikes are clean. One of my favorite fighters.
Just had my first mma practice today. They had me sparring as well at the end. Made me realize even more how damn amazing these guys in the ufc are. They make it look so smooth. today was an eye opening experience. Can’t wait to keep going.
@@erikarnesen6052 then your gym is a joke..... how do you not have your footwork or technique down but you're sparring somebody??? I didnt start sparring for several months
I love Demetrious's expression while Sean is explaining what he does for recovery. It seemed like Mighty Mouse was actively listening, in order to look into these recovery methods for himself. The GOAT is still a student at heart and that's cool asf.
brotha your absolutely killing it i saw you make some comments about people watching. Dont sweat that bro your pulling crazy numbers for the combat sports space keep up the good work champ

You're the man Demetrious! I would love to see a talk between you and Holloway! Lots of commonalities! Gamers, wholesome family men, and the BEST at what they do!
Dabbing during rests in my workouts was a huge recovery method. 3+ hour workout and always felt renewed. I say this now a month into not smoking and little recovery between rests and harder time maintaining workouts. I believe it helps control lactic acid in the body.
Could be right cannabinoids do have an effect on the cardiovascular system, increases heart rate (including resting) and dilates blood vessels. Maybe better blood flow increases the rate at which the lactic acid is removed from your tissues.
