Buddy knew what he was doing. He’s been sitting int the idea of filing this lawsuit for a minute , he just waited to see where her career would go 😂
except no cuz in ha mood was literally released recently so how exactly could he have waited on anything@wydiacloud7510
read the message above this one
All facts 😂
She was already hot. What that guy did was get all his ducks in order. Hes going to win cause its obvious riot stole it. He even got riot at a place where his song was being played. Hes getting his money and cant blame him. We all would a do the same if someone stole something that was ours.
Facts. 😂 but NY being a place where everyone talks the same and nobody wants be to different except for ME 😂😂😂😂
I honestly thought she was gonna be sued by a coffee company because of being named ice spice 😭
😂😂
Haha you are giving ideas too😭
Or the Spice Girls...although an Ice Spice/Spice Girls collab would be 🔥🔥🔥

@@DrT0705 she’s the lost spice girl 💔
this is why artists should write their own music or do their research on the ghostwriters before allowing them on the production team
💀bro ain't even think she maybe wrote her own shh
@@NicoThefourth She probably didn't
@@joebidenissus1975 first, her bars are wayyyy too simple to be from ghostwriters, and also, nobody else credited (for lyrics) on in ha mood, except her.
@@00pium_kingvampstan1. You do know ghost don’t just write complex lyrics right 🤣 they write hits no matter what that entitles 2. That’s why it’s called a ghost writer they are paid upfront and receive no recognition
@@00pium_kingvampstanyou seem to have a misconception on what a ghostwriters purpose is. They’re not there to word it up they’re there to make the hit song possible by finding catchy flows and lyrics that matches the artist’s brand and discography
Writers often steal from smaller artists so this incident isn’t too far off tbh
Would be the funniest shit ever if ice spice actually loses this lawsuit

@kinkgf I usually ignore these spamming clout-chasers but actually I think your response is the way to go! 🤣🤣🤣
There way to many similarities to say this was coincidence. Riots affiliation alone shows the likelyhood he heard this record. They didn't even bother changing the title much which is wild....😂. Pay that man his money and mobe on. They were wrong for this.
Only flow is the same but the beat is different
@@houseofmatrix6174 bruh. the beats were both similar DRILL beats.
@@CosmicBeing538 everybody in New York use drill beats
@@houseofmatrix6174 Nah i get that. They are similar though. That flow and both are drill beats. Like they didn't bother trying to make anything different about the song. That's what i mean. Too many similarities to defend her team. Seems pretty clear they took that.
Not much similar, other than the drill beat, and the flow. It’s really not enough to sue over, this will def get thrown out. And if it doesn’t, Riot is to blame anyways, as he’s the producer, and collaborates with her often.
His case might be valid but I think he just sealed the coffin on his career…I don’t think any executives will deal with him after this
Shid I'd take it. I think New Yorkers could respect him. She stole from him. I'd take the bag and stay local.
Ehh I disagree. If anything he may become more popular
💯💯💯💯💯
@@gailinaxblacklists don't care if someone's popular, remember the band that sued Dua lipa? At her peak she was way more popular than Ice Spice but the band barely got any clout out of it

Literally the modern day Ice Ice Baby vs Under Pressure imo
Tbh I truly believe the industry also does is instead of signing an artist who they just recently stumbled upon on and has a unique sound, whatever artist THEIR tryna push they then show them that artist style and music and have them copy certain looks or sounds from that particular artist’s or not just labels but other big time artists as well we all know one big ass foo (aubery)
Rappers in the 2010s were trying to sound like each other while rappers in the 90s were telling each other to stop biting one another and copying their Style... the 2020s is crazy
Icl personally, I think he’s reaching. I mean theres slight cadence similarities I believe but not enough to justify a full fledge lawsuit.
Or you need to listen again cause he’s not reaching
Tf? Shit sounds straight ripped lmao listen again or get your ears cleaned
@@EllieValentineWong ehhh agree to disagree I suppose. I mean I will, again, acknowledge the similarities. A lawsuit though, especially NOW, doesn’t set off any alarms in that head of yours though?
definitely a money grab lmao he need that bag real bad
@@EllieValentineWong it's literally the same song AND title 🤷🏾♀️
Bro wants the bag can't blame him😂
"I DID IT AND I'D DO IT AGAIN!"
Ain’t no way the “Princess of rap” stole someone’s song😩😭😭😭 She was quick to sub Latto, when Latto came out clearing herself saying she did some poses and outfits first when Ice spices fan said she was copying her. But it’s crickets when it’s about her talent?!?!? That’s when you should be more vocal defending your artistry. And even if she can’t speak on it because of the case, nothing stops her from throwing subs🙄
It’s definitely the same melody but artists do that all the time.
like damn, she gettin sued
99% of all music on drill beats sound like that song. They only use the same 2 flows. Any 2 people could have made that song by accident
Lets be honest here guys, if its the flow dude's talking about, then he has no case. If every rapper ever that has used another rappers flow in a song got sued, then no rappers would be making money off they music.
Edit: the case for the beat sounding the same is wild, when one sounds like the average UK Drill beat.
And it sounds like they use loops from base GarageBand… both songs… haha like damn maybe if the producers got some different sample packs they won’t have their songs sound just alike 🤣
@@pyaoI gave up on downloading sample packs when I found out Miss the Rage was a reversed Cymatics sample. I was previously made fun of for using Cymatics and BAM
@@spiritandtimeakalilroachie7014 the Cymatic packs are actually some of the better sample packs out there, I grabbed all their free stuff and coaxed one of my friends to do the same, he produces full time and has told me how nice they are to work with. Plus the Miss The Rage sample is in a free Cymatics pack😅😅😅
This is not to get publicity🤦🏾♂️, folks gotta respect less famous artist.
She & her producer like almost all rappers think they can poach music from other genre or their genre without consequences. That is 99% the same song and they didn't wanna just pay the millions or 6 figures to buy the rights of the song off the guy.
Nobody smart would OK this much of a similar song.
This could be a set up to get millions off of her, she needs to cut ties with whomever told her to do that song if she didn't herself decide to just hijack a person's song.
Ur soooo right

It's not gonna hold in court. They do sound similar, but I the flow's kinda generic too. It could be just a coincidence, hard to say.
I think it depends on who each of them have in court bc it “doesn’t” sound the same but also, if you’re picky, can “sound the same”
Do Another video about Tory Lanez bodyguard speaks out
Might as well sue all the other NY drill artists while they at it, most of it sounds the same and ice spice is as generic as you can get.
It don’t even sound the same
Ice Sue is Getting Spiced 🔥
A lot of untalented rappers steal from real artists that are unknown. I didn't think people should put their best online....next thing you know Drake singing your stuff...
bro.. the songs are so different in production n sound. i see the similarities of lyrics in the chorus but it's a stretch honestly. ion think ice will lose, but if so, what will be done will be done..
Yea let’s pretend that every drill New York song beat aint the same
All drill sound the same to me
Nah wtf, bro tripping
no bro , they are not similar , 2 different drum patterns , 808s , hats , different sample , etc . plain sight difference , a genre is a genre .
Oh ice is getting sued by D shouout to Math Hoffa and Brooklyn Hanz
she ain’t gon lose the care carti gon get her a lawyer
“Yea you can copy my homework, just change a few things so the teacher won’t notice”
FOR MY FAMILYYYYY
Hating on a woman is crazy 😂
This is really not gonna affect her at all. They settle outside of court, the guy that created the original beat is a nobody, and will settle for anything. Her career goes on as usual until her 15 min of fame will be over and no one cares about her anymore in a few years.
I literally tried for 4 minutes to match the songs up and I couldn’t….
You know you’ve made it when you get sued for nonsense 😌
It’s not nonsense though.
Imagine creating something and barely getting recognition for it then someone more appealing takes that same shit and flips it.
Bro at least deserves some credits on the record. But I’m sure you don’t know anything about the actual music industry.

He thinks he's the shi-? He Not even a FART!!
Ice Spice fans thought they are getting genuine music from a genuine songwriter but nah. These two songs do sound similar. When an artists only interest is to blow up, in time the craks start to show, and this is what is going on.
Unfortunately riot writes all her songs and she just recites them, so.
Bro they barely sound similar and the phrase “in [word] mood” isn’t such an uncommon phrase to where it’s unlikely that both songwriters though of similar lines. I feel like the dude has a decent reasoning for why he would think Ice Spice copied him but I just don’t know if that line alone is enough to say she definitively copied him.
She’s a top artist in hip hop/pop. Only soy boys wannabe alphas deny it
@@lightlingzooma-69he never said it based off of the line alone… if you watch the video, you see he lists several very specific similarities between the two songs, not just “that line alone”. the bpm, the structure of the chorus, the genre, riot’s connection to the original song etc. are all major pieces of evidence mentioned in the lawsuit
Make sense as to why we aint been seeing new heat these daysssss 😯😯😯😯
To quote a legend: STALIN!!!!
I went back and listened to both of the full songs and I can't lie, they do kinda sound the same

Not surprised because her new unreleased song, is 41 song, so she if she drop that song she’s going to go to court again
You gotta talk about the Ally Lotti situation, man. Imagine if Juice came back and saw this shit smh

Ngl I thought she was being sued by Princess Diana’s family or some shit or like by ANYONE IMPORTANT 😂 not some rapper waiting on his chance to get a check
Damn, I thought this was gonna be some bullshit but after hearing the track and everything you said it’s not looking too good. Homie must be seeing dollar signs, good for him.
Yoo, in ber video Deli…….her people only paid the guys in the deli $1500 for a 8hr video shoot. And they left the deli a mess. Mind you this is a very busy delion a very commercial street in Harlem. They should’ve have at least given the owner 5 bands minimum
Yeahhhh, this man needs to get paid in my opinion. Ik some people will disagree but I'm tired of thieves getting away with it all the time, this is BLATANTLY obvious and Ice Spice's whole team that was involved needs to open their wallets.
My “homie” legit thought Ice Spice was a member of the spice girls going solo…
Next she's gonna be sued by Nickelodeon or something like this for SpongeBob
I just watch Ice spice videos for the fan service and will continue to do so ... Others might call it simping but i dont care I just like light skin girls with big asses. Im here for the BREAD!!
Same bruh😂😂😂
Shout out to D Chambers!
Different cadences, different song-keys, probably different BPM, 2 different meanings.
bro cadance was (2-3-4,2-3-4) , ice spice was (2,4,1,2,4,1)
song structure amongst the industry its pretty much the same through out. like "templates" for each genre. mostly tweaked after recording to that structure.
i am all for independent rights !! but from artistic point of view its 2 different type of records.
Math hoffa must not been paying D Chambers right because he acting money hungry 😂
I think 🤔 the songs are very similar . Ice spice is gonna have to pay 💰. 😮

I'm kinda on the fence about it tbh. It's def different but I can also clearly hear the similarity. But it's not like Tory Lanez vs VI Seconds close
Dude, copyright lawsuits in the music industry are mostly always BS. Like there’s only so many popular bpms, rhythms and melodies yeah lots of stuff is going to sound similar
