This was a magnificent marathon 🎉 so happy for Hassan ❤ she is a truly great athlete 👏
Great Sifan! You are a real herow! our dutch proud
Crazy achievement by hasan, runs 3 of the longest events, and medals all 3 of them 🎉
Congratulations Sifan Hassan you have just completed an extraordinary athletics feat
Goed gedaan Sifan!!!!! Gefeliciteerd!! Geniet van je overwinning.
A big thank to Alberto Salazar for spending the week end in Paris!
Even with a croaky voice, Tim Hutchings is the best athletics commentator I have ever heard!
Epic race by the legendary Sifan!
Hassan geweldig nederlands is trots op je.
Veel dank voor dit mooie verslag 👏🏼👏🏼
Imagine getting to see a body check and drama on 42nd Km. Crazy
I gasped
Crazy dirty move to squeeze someone like that by Ethiopia
Sifan Hassan showcased her extraordinary endurance and racing strategy
by saving her best performance for the Olympic marathon, where she
clinched the gold medal🥇. After facing tough competition and securing
bronze medals in both the 5 km and 10 km events, she demonstrated
resilience and determination. Her remarkable victory in the marathon not
only highlighted her versatility as an athlete but also underscored her
ability to peak at just the right moment🌟.
Sifan Hassan is GREAT !!
She says she's scared to run. Well she did something never done during the olympics, 5000, 10.000 and Marathon winning a medal on every discipline including this really beautifull Gold of Gold medals, well that's pretty special! No athlete has ever done that..
Of courese it was done before, in 1952. And with three gold medals.
@@petrfuchs7933not by a woman. Also she mentioned earlier the competition is higher and the rest time between 10 k and marathon is less then in the past.
Really sensationel! Unforgettable olympic gold for Sifan. She made her dream come true.
Congratulations from Switzerland! Great finish 💪
The ethiopian runner tried to block Hassan in the corners, if someone deserves a disq it is here.
The one who deserves a DQ is the one going for a gap that doesn’t exist and then giving their competitor an elbow check. Unsportsmanlike as always.
The Ethopian runner is running in front, she doesn't know exactly where Hassan is. It's Hassan who tries to push herself through a very small gap. She could have overtaken the Ethopian on the right side, but it's Hassan who takes the risk. And this is coming from a Dutchman.
@@SHVideografie haha the ethiopian knew exactly what she was doing cutting corners and looking to the sides and behind. She knew Hassan was faster. So i agree to disagree fellow dutchman
@@SHVideografie ooh and you have ears to... she heard Hassan changing gears and then went to the left. It's so easy to see. The ethiopan was cutting corners to make it Hassan very difficult. And then act like a sore loser when Hassan won. Pfff
@@SHVideografieThere is jury which decides if a move if is regulatory or not, and the decided it was a regulatory move by Hassan because the Ethiopian woman went off her line and almost forced Hassan into the fences.
Van harte gefeliciteerd Sifan🎉🎉❤
Incredible performance, best olympic event in 2024, congratulations!!!
It was special, but I think her 2019 World Championships was more insane. She beat the world record holder, Kipyegon , in the 1500 metres, and then doubled up to also win gold in the 10k metres - beating the world record holder Letesenbet Gidey.
Proud to be Dutch! Very well done , Sifan! You make our nation great and you are a LEGEND now! 5km bronze 10km bronze Marathon GOLD!
You didn't do anything to be Dutch, that was random. But you can be proud of your country. Congrats for winning Netherlands..
She can’t speak Dutch, have you wondered why?🤔. Long distance running a speciality of East African nations (it’s when they feature on the medal tables). It’s sad so an East African (Ethiopian) born and raise take that glory to a European country. The rare opportunity to feature on the table goes away. 😢 Congratulations to her nonetheless.
@@HusseinDoha she CAN speak Dutch!! Dunno what you mean?. by the way she won bronze 2x and 1x GOLD! that is what counts!
@@the_fabulous_one I did ! i support everyone from the Netherlands! even more when they win! same for the GOLD on 3x3 basketball when we beat France in the final
@@misterivo4141 you got me wrong. That's not what I mean. :) but no offense.
Congrats Hassan. You are a champion. 🎉🎉🎉
SIFAN!!! WAT MOOI!!! DANKJEWEL!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Congratulations 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾Sifan. 🥇🥇🥇
It’s time the olympic committee creates a 6th ring! The zatopek/hassan ring, rempresenting greatness beyond the 5 continents 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
What a nice original idea, your answer has. Chapeau!
Netherlands vary lucky for this woman 🎉🎉
Man, what a race! 🎉 Sifan is next level for sure. It's wild to think she pulled this off after just a couple of days between races. If this doesn't inspire the next gen of athletes, I don’t know what will! 🏅💪
To be able to generate that speed at the end after running for miles is crazy.
And she ran 15 miles more them The rest this olympics.

@@HusseinDoha there is a reason she runs for the netherlands. We took good care of her and helped her achieve this as a nation. She can speak dutch fairly well too.
Congrats Sifan Hassan. Very well deserved gold medaille! Absolute amazing achievement on the 5 and 10km and the marathon.
The queen of medium and long distance Running ❤🎉
This women is just pure amazing what a performance through the games
What a beast, different level of running on 3 events so close to each other.
Not possible
Incredible for Nederlands 🎉
Neuveriteľné.Taký finiš v maratóne na olympiádu snáď ešte nikdy nebol.Má medaily 🏅 zo všetkých troch najdlhších tratí na olympiáde?To je výkon.Skoro ako Emil Zátopek.👏👏👏💯💯💯👍👍👍
The commentary of this channel is pretty good when there are no British athletes in the vicinity.

Bravo Africans Women’s 👍👍👍👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️
Amazing athletes, this for me is amazing
A proud moment for the dutch! Hassan is amazing!

@@HusseinDoha I am aware, one should always be proud on their ancestry and roots as I am sure Hassan is. She does speak dutch tho. At the same time, when you find yourself in another land far away and they accept you as one of their own, cheering you on... that is also a thing to cherish.
Not only a great athlete, but also a smart woman - speaking, at least three languages.
I live in the Netherlands, and I’m trying to learn Dutch - it’s not easy! Nederlands leren is niet makkelijk maar Sifan heeft het gedaan!
Sifan, ik volg je.
@@HusseinDohaTF u talk about? She speaks perfectly fine Dutch! Don’t spread any misinformation man. Her mom send her to The Netherlands because of a horrible situation in Africa. We’re happy to have her and are amazingly proud of her achievements.
Sifan is king of athletic ❤❤❤❤ I love you siffo
Congratulations to Hellen Obiri, the radiant beauty queen of Africa! No elbow checks, no shoulder pushes, it was a great pleasure to watch your style!
Sifan Hassan & Femke Bol Merci Legends🥇🥇🏆
Met tranen over de wangen. Zo blij voor Sifan ❤
Asefa tried to cut in on Sifan but she wouldn’t have it. And now Asefa has filed a protest 🤣😂
