Just Catching Big Ole Slab Crappie

My insurance agent Lance Hudson is fishing along side me in his boat. We are working 15-18 ft. of water catching post-spawn crappie 8-12 ft. deep. We are using 10 ft. B&M jigging poles, 1/16 oz. jigs with Bobby Garlands baby shad.

This video shows that livescope alone will not catch fish.. You gave us another lesson today. Your buddy should have stayed close to you to see how you were doing it. Thanks

ROBERT JOHNSON Thank you! He wants to get right on top of them and vertical jig and ends up spooking them. That works a lot on brush piles but single fish on timber usually won’t let you get that close. I really appreciate your support
