    For those of you curious about recoil smoothness, contrary to what Ace said in his recoil breakdown, recoil smoothness does have an effect. It basically reduces randomness within a recoil pattern, such as random gaps between shots, hence making the recoil more "smooth".

    • @DWalter.27
      @DWalter.27 Год назад +31

      And IMO this consistency is typically more valuable than any of the other recoil reduction values

    • @clearlypellucid

      Basically it makes the guns more like Counter Strike guns, where when you learn the recoil you can control for it almost perfectly.

    • @Rye0117

      I'm suspecting that the smoothness in the recoil pattern that you see on the wall is coming from another mechanics, like randomness to the view-kick magnitude. Kinda feel like it matters when the target is moving.

      from my testing, recoil smoothness is for the shots to line up more in a single curve. The gaps between bullets is determined by recoil steadiness

    There is definitely an appeal to having so many different attachments so you can customize the gun exactly how you want it. However, because there are so many attachments, it is really difficult to know which ones are the best to use and if you are getting the most out of the attachments, without testing everything or watching your videos. For the majority of players, who are casual about the game, it seems like it's too much to have all these attachments, especially when there seem to be 2-4 attachments in a category that essentially do the same thing.

      I don't know if it's a big problem for a casual kind of player that's not really grinding for unlocks and upgrades, just kind of playing here and there, mostly they would just be picking whatever looks or sounds better I imagine, not too much thought process, and I kind of fail to see the problem picking between things that are so similar anyway, the differences arent game breaking in general, but certainly shouldn't b for a casual player who probably doesn't know better, but idk... I could use myself as an example, I'm very casual about CoD, haven't played in over a week now, but I sure will b, and I already figured out a bunch on my own, I feel like it's not rocket science, it's basically just a mini game that's fairly easy to get good at, more meticulous to master, but nothing too crazy to get into, again, especially for a casual player

    • @avocadoc1292
      @avocadoc1292 Год назад +4

      @@thehumus8688 TrueGameData tested the different types of recoil reduction a while back; he found that smoothness reduces the recoil's tendency to jerk and swerve randomly while firing, resulting in slight variations in the pattern's general shape. This is not to be confused with stabilization which is the bounciness and randomness of the per-shot recoil as well as visual recoil
      This is also one notable advantage of flash hiders with Stabilization bonuses, they (obviously) remove any obstructive muzzle flash and reduce visual recoil making it much easier to track a target

I've had builds I made before you started going in depth on the weapons. Boy I've went over every weapon and changed out the builds. That's for all the digging you do. Also, it would be great to see which attachments can reduce muzzle smoke. Or even if there are attachments that reduce muzzle smoke. I don't know if anyone else struggles with visibility while shooting but for me it's like my gun is its own smoke grenade sometimes.

This type of builds for warzone is not really good because you aiming sway becomes horrific. So if u use the compensator muzzle I would recommend using an angled grip to off set the loss of aiming stability! Just wanted to share!
    Also for the horizontal recoil only muzzles, they work very well with lachman556 and stb556 because they have inherent low vertical recoil!

After half of the time i player with every weapon throu the grind i put on more aiming stability attachements and i think its a lot more important as in MW2019. Sometimes combinations like a good muzzle with the ole laser and a stability stock made the gun feel like a laser. … so i thought… maybe ailing stability is big enough to give it one own video.
