For those of you curious about recoil smoothness, contrary to what Ace said in his recoil breakdown, recoil smoothness does have an effect. It basically reduces randomness within a recoil pattern, such as random gaps between shots, hence making the recoil more "smooth".
I'm suspecting that the smoothness in the recoil pattern that you see on the wall is coming from another mechanics, like randomness to the view-kick magnitude. Kinda feel like it matters when the target is moving.
@@HeartTribe i think a lot of others would rather we get stated stats instead of having to figure out exactly what each attachment does, there’s really no reason to not have them. They were great features in CW and VG
I think this freedom of making small adjustments in your recoil like this is amazing, it really allows you to fine tune your build. However, without stat information you’d never know that and instead it just looks like a mess of muzzle attachments
This right here is exactly the stuff I subscribed for even some 4 years ago. Do not worry about your efforts going unappreciated. A shorter video length just means higher communication efficiency, something a lot of RUclipsrs could definitely learn from. You've earned your position as the most helpful CoD youtuber simply by putting in the work here, do not doubt yourself now. You stand above the rest.
I like all the different choices, it really opens up possibilities for gun builds. The problem is (as always) IW refuses to put the raw stats into the game. It's honestly baffling they've given us this level of customization without knowing the specifics of what each attachment does. On that note thank you for all that you do Ace
There is definitely an appeal to having so many different attachments so you can customize the gun exactly how you want it. However, because there are so many attachments, it is really difficult to know which ones are the best to use and if you are getting the most out of the attachments, without testing everything or watching your videos. For the majority of players, who are casual about the game, it seems like it's too much to have all these attachments, especially when there seem to be 2-4 attachments in a category that essentially do the same thing.
I don't know if it's a big problem for a casual kind of player that's not really grinding for unlocks and upgrades, just kind of playing here and there, mostly they would just be picking whatever looks or sounds better I imagine, not too much thought process, and I kind of fail to see the problem picking between things that are so similar anyway, the differences arent game breaking in general, but certainly shouldn't b for a casual player who probably doesn't know better, but idk... I could use myself as an example, I'm very casual about CoD, haven't played in over a week now, but I sure will b, and I already figured out a bunch on my own, I feel like it's not rocket science, it's basically just a mini game that's fairly easy to get good at, more meticulous to master, but nothing too crazy to get into, again, especially for a casual player
that's what the firing range is for. It's easily accessible when doing your loadouts. I spend so much time in the firing range and it's so satisfying taming that "beast" (gun)
@@ch3ckm8 for sure, if ur going to b playing playing u some Call of Duties, it's not terribly long winded to figure the system out, and most casuals won't care, they'll appreciate the long list of attachments being there, but most won't even b bother enough to find out the depth of any of it anyway
ACE, you don't have to HOPE for us to appreciate your work and efforts. You should know we ALL do. Thank you, time and time again, for your time and hard work. We appreciate it 🙏

True, but rather than having 4 attatchement that all do the same thing four times, ide like one that hurts ads by 17ms (1 frame at 60fps) and offers a smaller befit for each. For REAL depth

@@thehumus8688 TrueGameData tested the different types of recoil reduction a while back; he found that smoothness reduces the recoil's tendency to jerk and swerve randomly while firing, resulting in slight variations in the pattern's general shape.
