That’s why I’ve been going back and playing 2019. The guns just feel a lot smoother and better than MW2. Plus there’s ACTUALLY variety in the weapon choice and doesn’t feel like you’re using the same 3 guns/platforms.
It's not with this kind of comment that the average CoD player will be seen as something else than a stupid blob. Fact is it's the same in MW2, you can put the same best attachements on 3/4 of the guns for the best combo.
I feel this is still true in MW2, I put the commando/Phase 3 grip and the polarfire or equivalent suppressor on every gun I can. If you're going for accuracy.
@@IroquoisPlissken MW 2019 made certain attachments way to OP. MW2 made most of the attachments unusable or a complete hinderance to your weapon. More times than not, less is more
Most people dont understand IW was trying to add more tactical and strategic play into this game. They dont want people just to run around the map off the radar 24/7 completely negating the enemy earning UAVs. Now you have to be strategic when you fire and go for kills. I like this as well as not having ghost from the beginning. You have to be strategic and pick engagements wisely knowing you will never be off the map 24/7. Also makes earning a UAV mean something. Problem is, the COD community want the same game every year and is resistant to any kind of change or innovation.

Firstly, I want to echo the previous comments in appreciation of all your hard work. It is truly appreciate and I have been a fan of your content since MW 2019. You have no idea how much you help my game. I have used a suppressor since I first started playing cod, back in the original MW. Staying off the mini-map was always my priority and I have been reluctant to remove a suppressor since. Even on this game I still use one. The time it takes to even reach the ghost perk means that I like I stay off the radar when shooting and I just can’t quite give them up. I really hope they change the interaction with the ghost perk. It feels like COD is doing all it can to remove the stealthy, flanking style of play which so many of us grew up on. Please keep up the hard work, it is soooooo appreciated
This video was incredible, I really never used a suppressor before, because as you know, the info of the stats of attachments of the guns in this game it's a joke, considering all the big amount of attachments that are in this game. So, this video is really a live safer in what's knowing what are you really changing of your gun. Gonna comment just to try to boost you in the algorithm. These videos are so essential- especially this year where confusing pros and cons names are present and where everything hurts your ADS time SO much.
The ADS penalty I can mitigate with tuning an attachment that is for recoil like the skin rear grip, for ADS since the only con is aiming stability. With aiming stability, I haven't noticed SIGNIFICANT difference, so yea. No matter what though, even then I try to go for the sweet spot between recoil and ADS if not (as mentioned earlier) lean more intp ADS

I honestly don't care about attachments in this game because there are too many options and they are incredibly similar in feeling and also in stats. But i watch your video just because I want to increase your watch time, like for real. Keep it up ❤️
Suppressors do one thing well, and that's make shooting visibility a bit better. This isn't a huge deal for controller players, but on PC with some guns using iron sights, you essentially completely lose sight of the target and basically track the red diamond. I feel like that's important to notate.
No, it does give more Damage Range and Bullet Velocity which is the primary reason to use them. You can take people out at longer ranges and the "bullet" leaves the gun at a Faster rate which can lead to winning come more gun fights. Combine this with it lowering the sound of your shots and keeping you off the map it's kind of foolish people say "Suppressors are useless", they certainly are not. There's only a handful of guns I don't use suppressors on and I test some of the muzzles that decrease Vertical and Horizontal recoil.
Yeah, sometimes you can barely see your target from all the smoke and fire from your gun. Add to that the visual recoil you get while trying to spray a distant target
Maybe that's why they made them so terrible because they knew the visual recoil/environmental effects were going to be significantly more challenging in this game than in the past. I know nowadays I get a large portion of my kills on the smaller maps by just guessing where my target is. My screen shakes all the time, utility lasts forever, and everything that explodes including bullets leaves smoke and crap flying everywhere. They were really trying to be realistic in modern war in the fact that the majority of the time you are just shooting where you think the enemy is and have no visual confirmation.
👍🏼 the one screen reference guide is awesome. I’d like to see more of those. For foregrips for instance. I read the simple rule is verticals for verticals recoil and angled grip for horizontal recoil. Half the time I just follow build guides. I did pick up an iso hemlock in Dmz that despite the data saying it shouldn’t be as good as it is, I was very successful with it.
I’m pretty much done with MW2, unless all the original MW2 maps get rereleased and are easy/fun to play, I am done. I haven’t played in weeks, haven’t felt the need to play, it’s a shame because there’s potential but they’re not capitalizing on it, at least not anytime soon. Thank you for everything you’ve done for the community, without you I wouldn’t have been so into the game like I was. It sucks that we couldn’t get this info from the devs. Maybe one day.
Same, it has a lot of depth to it and allows you to build a plethora of highly specialised builds. The online COD community don't appreciate it because they have the collective IQ of a goldfish and want to put the same 5 meta attachments on every gun like in MW19.
I love data when I'm looking for some info on what to use so I appreciate this video. I think there is a difference thinking from warzone to the regular mw2 modes. I feel ADS isn't as important in warzone where you have wider areas. That being said, I will definitely stay away from the huge penalties from the first tiers. I love the Huntress and that Tier 6 spot, I think getting the added range, velocity and recoil bonus tied with the sound suppression is really nice. I value the recoil control a lot, I wish tier 9 had some recoil control because that would make it deadly.
love the screenshot, hope commenting helps a little bit too, love all the stats every day Ace, even though I've barely been playing cod after finishing the season 1 battle pass way too fast I still watch almost every stat vid
I absolutely love how the devs were like " we've decided to not have unsuppressed weapons show up as a red dot on the mini map, because we don't want to punish players for just shooting their weapons" meanwhile you're getting punished for shooting your suppressed weapons with ghost. Grade A game design
@@sly0422 they're literally actively doing that though. Bad players are more likely to use Ghost over others, probably the same with suppressors as well. It makes no sense to me, it's a baffling game design decision.
Yes! I’ve been waiting for this. I still use suppressors, I think they’re underrated in this game. Sure, they don’t have the same impact because of the stupid mini map, but I still find them really helpful and I run one on most of my primaries when I can. I’ve been using the Broadhead on my M4 and I think there might be a better choice. Although, the recoil boost on that one is really good. I’m definitely going to have to look at my classes after this. Thanks, Ace!
I like the ones that don’t hurt ADS especially because sometimes I just need to make a gun be quite (I’m looking at you RAAL) so I can focus better or if I already have a headache. This is especially true when I’m playing with headphones as opposed to external speakers.
Awesome video, appreciate the work you put in. Could you do a video on ammo tuning? Sym gg doesn't really help. I know the damage range tuning is pretty modest (about a meter and change at best) but when choosing between recoil steadiness and bullet velocity, how much is it affecting? I often use High Velocity or Armor Piercing ammo as a "free" recoil adjusting attachment (i.e. it doesn't hurt my ADS), but I'm curious how much actual velocity I'm losing when adjusting the tuning toward recoil. Sub'd/liked/notifications btw! Never miss one of your uploads.
Thx!! For real!! For sniper and long range weapons on warzone it was something i was needing cuz some weapons have a couple and other have a lot so i didnt knew what to use
I tend to use suppressors when I need longe range kills. Because I tend to be aiming down sight already, the ADS doesn't affect me as much. I had always used either the Harbinger D20 or the Echoless 80 and I'm glad to find out they were the better options for this purpose.
Not to mention every suppressor and/or compensator/muzzle hurts the idle sway for the guns, IW really did a terrible job with attachments this time around. Oh, thanks for the detailed stats IW!
@@KekusMagnus It was always underrated imo, i remember all the way back in infinite warfare that having the bonus 50% sway reduction perk for my KBAR made a huge difference with my accuracy, and that was prior to idle sway having an impact while firing apparently. The suppressors definitely don't need to have their idle sway and aim walking steadiness nerfed when they already have such massive downsides with less benefit than ever before.
Just became apart of the Orion club, all the attachments and guns looks so dope with that camo. Also I appreciate the data sheet, probably gonna have to tweak sum things
I use the Polarfire on my EBR-14 to increase bullet velocity for a more realistic .308 rifle speed of ~880m/s. It also stretches that all-important one-shot headshot range out to about 75m, whereas using high velocity ammo will actually hurt your damage range, and using a longer barrel has more downsides than the suppressor. The actual sound suppression effect I think is more valuable than people realize, as enemies who can't see you will think you are farther away than you actually are, and the sound of your own gun doesn't cover up enemy footsteps or other audio cues as much as an unsuppressed weapon would. Lastly, it just feels so smooth! I get a substantial number of close range hipfire headshots with my setup and it honestly might be better than hitting a perfect long range snipe.
Tried a few of the suppressors and ended up hating how I performed with pretty much all of them. Didn't take long for me to completely abandon them. Glad to see the data backs up what I was feeling.
I love your easy to view visuals. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR DOING THIS FOR THE COMMUNITY.

use a grip instead, most guns have one that gives decent recoil control with only ads stability as a negative, which isnt noticeable
Thx Ace. You are the best asset for this community
Another awesome video - thank you! I did notice that the Shikra silencer was missing though
Thx!! For real!! For sniper and long range weapons on warzone it was something i was needing cuz some weapons have a couple and other have a lot so i didnt knew what to use
This man deserves a million subs at minimum! So much time and effort into this....
LONG LAST THE VIDEO IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THANK U SO MUCH ACE
Thank you for the detailed video, Ace! You certainly have a talent for creating info graphics!
Idle sway is massive in this game. The more I play, the higher idle sway gets to #1 on my most important list. It's already #1 for a lot of guns...
Idle sway was a useless stat you could mostly sacrifice at will before, now you actually have to think about what you're doing.
Definitely giving this a like, and a comment, plus sharing it for the algorithm. Keep up the great work.
Thank you. Your videos (gun guides, attachments & map guides) are the absolute best things released w/each CoD game
👏🏿👏🏽👏🏻👏
I make sure to leave a like on every video you do Ace - you're doing god's work!
Just became apart of the Orion club, all the attachments and guns looks so dope with that camo. Also I appreciate the data sheet, probably gonna have to tweak sum things
i’m really bad at going about giving likes to videos, but Ace deserves me trying to put the effort in after he does so much for us
Just wanted to comment to say your content is incredible. Thanks for your service to the community :)
Ace, the community and I love your videos. Thanks and keep up the good job!
We appreciate all your hard work, keeping us up to date on everything CoD.
You’re a guy! I never like RUclips videos but I’ve been subbed for years. Fair trade, definitely. Thanks ace! You’re the best at what you do!
Been watching you for years thank you ace
I always appreciate the time you put in your videos thank you
You're a legend, I have liked everything and subscribed since black ops 3
Tried a few of the suppressors and ended up hating how I performed with pretty much all of them. Didn't take long for me to completely abandon them. Glad to see the data backs up what I was feeling.
