    I love that story. My grandparents were sealed in the Mesa temple in 1939. They sold everything they had and drove from Georgia to get there with their four children to be sealed as a eternal family.

      @@fheontheroad Question for you The LDS Church are saying that they are the church that Jesus started why don't the Bible say that, because in ACTS 7:36-38 Tells us when Jesus started his Church and Isaiah 5:13 let's us know what happened to the church which is the 12 of Israel, so why does the Mormon Church contradicts the Bible

    I think the stone represents the water spoken of in Ezekiel 47. The water rises and heals everything it touches. Beautiful symbolism!

    I love temple stories. I have a good one from the time the Las Vegas temple was dedicated. It’s regarding two round etched glass pieces (about 5’ wide) which survived the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake. Have you heard it?

    Mesa Temple was built 98 years ago. Sure it was the same guy?

    • @fheontheroad
      @fheontheroad  21 час назад +8

      I thought the same thing when I first heard the story, but the Mesa Temple went through extensive renovation in 1974, and I'm assuming that is where the connection of the blue stone came from, and thats why the missionaries told us the stone had been saved for 50 years, not 100.
