I love that story. My grandparents were sealed in the Mesa temple in 1939. They sold everything they had and drove from Georgia to get there with their four children to be sealed as a eternal family.
@@fheontheroad Question for you The LDS Church are saying that they are the church that Jesus started why don't the Bible say that, because in ACTS 7:36-38 Tells us when Jesus started his Church and Isaiah 5:13 let's us know what happened to the church which is the 12 of Israel, so why does the Mormon Church contradicts the Bible

Love this story. Thank you!! My husband and I are the temple prep teachers in our ward and I am always excited for inspirational temple stories. Thank you!.
I was blessed to caulk the stone ! Such hard work!!! Had so much help in clouding my Dad and Grandfather from the other side! My favorite thing on this Temple is the blue stone❤
What a privilege it must have been to get to get to work with this specially preserved stone in the Lord's holy house! Bless your hands, knees and back!!
I love temple stories. I have a good one from the time the Las Vegas temple was dedicated. It’s regarding two round etched glass pieces (about 5’ wide) which survived the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake. Have you heard it?

I thought the same thing when I first heard the story, but the Mesa Temple went through extensive renovation in 1974, and I'm assuming that is where the connection of the blue stone came from, and thats why the missionaries told us the stone had been saved for 50 years, not 100.
That contractor in this story is my uncle Dan Nelson! He is now serving as a bishop in Lindon UT.
That’s amazing! What an amazing story! What a great obedient man! Thanks for sharing 🤍🙏🏼

Thank you for your continued support, I love it!!
First thing I noticed when visiting the temple from out of state. I couldn’t get enough of the blue stone and windows!
I think the stone represents the water spoken of in Ezekiel 47. The water rises and heals everything it touches. Beautiful symbolism!

Mesa temple beautiful
I have been to the Mesa Arizona Temple Many Many times. Where is the blue stone? I don't remember seening blue stone anywhere.
I believe it was before the total remodel.
I do agree that our dear savior, the christ jesus is in the details.
Christ is in the crisis, too.
Isn't it amazing to find these connections! I love seeing the Saviors hand in every day life!
Could have used Ellensburg Blue. Unique to Ellensburg Washington.
