Put all 3 rigs with hyperspatial if you plan on using your Orca to travel or haul, with implants and low slot accelerators can go over 6 au/s in warp. :)

@delonewolf You put a 500mn Micro warp drive on there. It will cut the align time at least in half but in the best cases scenario to 1/4th. It works like this: The standard align time is 38-40sec with the Orca. If the gate you are warping to is behind you (worst possible align position) you do two cycles with the micro warp drive 10+10sec and the orca will insta warp after 20sec flat. If the ship is partially aligned to the target say just 30-60degrees off you will be able to only do one cycle with the micro warpdrive and warp in 10 seconds flat. Usually, most gates line up pretty good so I do most of my aligns in 10 seconds with my Orca. Play around with it a bit and you'll get the feel for when you should just do 1 cycle. So taking 30 jumps takes me 15 minutes less with my Orca than if I did standard align.
@@delonewolf I'd recommend the same thing. You're dual tanked so not too much of worry. Also, add a Tractor Beam to your highs to pull in wrecks. If you have enough CPU, add a cloak also.

@delonewolf Few ways to speed up warp time. You could use Hyperspatial Accelerators in the lows along with a full Ascendancy Pod. Also if you dont mind ripping the rigs you can use Large Hyperspatial Velocity Optimizer Rigs.

The Orca is an amazingly flexible ship, and I use mine similarly. I do wonder what plans CCP has for its mining abilities though, since that recent ecosystem dev blog mentioned rebalancing of mining ships coming sometime this year...
I would for sure use a mwd for the speed boost. I love my Orca. I built it myself by mining all the ore and using bpcs to build it. I don’t travel a lot in mine, I mostly use it to boost my toon fleet.
Put an MWD on it, set turn off autorepeat on the module. Won't help with undocking because of the undocking speed but when you start at 0ms it will be much faster.
If you fit a 50Mn MWD you almost warp in one cycle but you can fit a large remote shield booster to rep your gecko when you're doing low level combat sites :)
500MN Cold Gas Enduring WMD, one cycle and you'll warp. You may have to offline some of your high slots to fit it. It doesn't work when leaving a station, but going from gate to gate or belt to belt you'll warp in 10 seconds.
I bring a mobile depot along where ever i go. I use omni shield hardners, one for each resist. MWD is good for 5th slot. Damage control 2, (bulkhead when moving hot cargo) (the fast align rig, forgot name) ( power Diagnostics for all-around boost)
AB isn't going to do anything for getting to warp, I use a 500mn Y-T8 Compact MWD on my travel fit, In belt I use 2x T2 Drone Navigation computers w/ 2x T2 Multi spec and 1 EM T2 shield hardener

I would for sure use a mwd for the speed boost. I love my Orca. I built it myself by mining all the ore and using bpcs to build it. I don’t travel a lot in mine, I mostly use it to boost my toon fleet.
And a set of ORE expanded cargo holds to hold more of that delicious ore!
Put an MWD on it, set turn off autorepeat on the module.
Won't help with undocking because of the undocking speed but when you start at 0ms it will be much faster.
If you fit a 50Mn MWD you almost warp in one cycle but you can fit a large remote shield booster to rep your gecko when you're doing low level combat sites :)
i love your videos man...nice work
500MN Cold Gas Enduring WMD, one cycle and you'll warp.
Med in med and nanofiber internal structure in lows for travel
Use a 500Mn Compact MWD , 1 cycle to warp if stationary , coming out of station , nothing can be done as your basically "pushed" by the sation out
get rid of the EM res as you are not in amarr space to get any mayor EM damage
My Orca was fit with the following...
Personally, I would have changed one of the hardners for 100 MN AB and the Bulkheads for inertia stabilizer II. you can reduce align time to about 10 seconds with this
No. Never mess with the low slots.
@@evanray8413 If it is only for travel, then why not? You can refit once you're in the belt using a mobile depot or just dock somewhere in the destination system
I know a friend used to use an ab. He once said one a trick for warping..align hit ab for 1 cycle than jump(only works on ships with more than 8 sec align).. and you should put some energy neuts in high slots incase you get scramed and small ecm drones
CCP slowed down the jump time on orca's and Obelisks so they are easier to gank
mining is still in the game? surprised pearl abyss has not made minerals micro transaction only.
You could swap out your mining booster for the booster that helps with agility while travelling.
dumb, a boost gives a combattimer
@@Parobro I didn't know that. Thank you for letting me know. Next time try not to be so rude.
@@paul5589 me no rude, just straight up xD
@@ParobroCool, thanks again for letting me know. o7
You'd need a MWD for getting into warp quicker; an AB won't really help. I'd also recommend a cloaking device and to join Gank Intel channel to keep an eye on active ganking.
Do you plan to go for a Chimera or other carriers and live a nomadic life in Null sec ?
not just yet but i do have a Thanatos in Lowsec.
Shadow Serpentis Inertial Stabilizers low slot
They are expensive things but great for Aligning 👍👍 I have 3 of them in my Fenrir
NO
If you travel with ships and stuffs, stay bricky. Safety alliance hunts in minmatar space, so I really recommend you to stay tanky as much as you can.

In the cargo I have another shield command burst to swap out if I’m boosting. I also carry the damage control and bulkheads for “riskier” journeys as well as a couple of cargo expanders for the lows when mining. I dramatically cut initiating warp with the inertia stabs and 1 cycle of the mwd .

MWD-Cloak trick work?
a 500 mn Compact MWD is enough
You could use an alt to web your Orca into warp.
I don't want to go the alt direction tbh.
MWD will help to warp off in one MWD cycle. in 2 cycles from station undock.
Fair enough but nothing else gives you as much of a speed boost as webbing with an alt, it's almost an insta warp.
@@meghdeepray9464 Yep. But you need alt. Not everyone want to play with alts
I play with alts. Using a single cycle of an mwd is easier/lazier and doesn't tie up a second account. Alt with webs is really for freighters imo excluding bowheads.
I have similar setups to located around high sec and just jump clone to each, saving travel time.
all that the orca needs now would be a compression funktion than it would be perfect for solo (and fleet if you want) play XD
thats why we got rorqual. compression function on an orca would be way too OP, and i say that as an maxed orca pilot lol
@@goldeneagle256 yeahhhh roqual .. in highsec (wich is the main region we talking about here)
@@Theigzorn yea i get that, but changes that affect orcas in hs, allso do that in NS lol, unless they somehow manage to make a module that makes orca be able to compress ore, and that only can be activated in high sec. dont really see the issue in HS either, cause most orca pilots there are solo miners, and it takes quite a long time to fill up entire hold with ore. its not like you loose alot of mining time if you have to move to a station empty it out every 3th hour
@@goldeneagle256 well should not be that hard they have lost of modules/funktions that cant be used in highsec, so why not the other way around this time. might even be a lore thing that the empires wana see waht capsulers do and have a small tax on the compression.
@@Theigzorn well, the Rorquals takes alot to train up to and are insanely much more difficult both in time and cost. Skill books for rorqs alone are a bill + each, and theyr are sitting ducks when you have compressor operational. So you can't just slap a modul on Orca that works in hs and call it a day. Then they might aswell just allow the use of rorqs in hs instead
As soon as someone see this video they are going to start looking for your Orca to gank it
it takes a full crew to gank a properly fit orca in high sec. some where around 9 destroyers minimum or the equivalent dps in in larger hulls.
Glory for The State! lol! Whats it called, Hyperspacal velocity amplifier. But the tank is smart too
Put a 500MW AB and do the MWD Trick 10 sec to get to warp
*amused stabber chuckle*
just use a MWD dude, what a question xD
Start align, double click afterburner to run only one cycle, slower the ship faster it gets in to warp, after one aft cycle when afterburner turns off the speed is already above max speed- 90 here, and orca enters directly in warp even before aligning completly. Max 10 sec from first click to align and warp flyght here with my orca. No fancy align rigs, 3 drone rigs, no need for align rigs.
Even if that was true, alot can happen in 10 seconds.
Use the freighter trick: webbing alt
Or fit a MWD does pretty much the same thing without having an alt.
Find a new game.Ccp is anti small groups or single players
@@oranaz551 can i have your isk ?
Nope go blow CCP they will be happy to screw you
That isn't how you fit an Orca!?!?
Having 2 expanded cargohold II will give you an extra 51,000 ore space. I love that aspect so I can stay out longer. (High sec)
Ore expanded cargo holds are even better!
@@SargonOfAmerish I just didn’t see the value with only a 1.5% gain for over 230 million per hold. I am a cheapskate though. :)
use a 500mn in the mid.
you got any Exotic Dancers (Male) for entertainment purposes?
If you do not have exotic dancers, janitors, beer or some alcohol of some variety, and a few Marines to keep the guests from being rowdy, you are doing it wrong. If your ship, specifically your flagship, does not have these things it's not worth a damn. Officers need to unwind after all.
Try fitting that warpdrive and time it makes no difference in the time it takes to warp
Cycle an MWD once, and it'll warp you immediately upon the cycle ending. 10 second align no matter what your actual align stat is.
High sec ganking is out of control right now well its been out of control for the past year the CODE made over 97 Trillion in high sec ganking in DEC alone and now they have split up and there are now 5 other high sec ganking corps to deal with so if there is someone on a gate and your hauling anything worth more that a billion they will gank you just because they can . This is what CCP has promoted is high sec ganking to keep the player numbers down in this game . Most ganks are against newbies . I have an Orca and use to have 3 Obelisks but gave them away to my old corp because the warp time had been slowed down by CCP and I lost 2 of them right after the slow down .
There is no longer a way to speed up the warp or jump time its fixed its why you don't travel with an Orca your just asking to get ganked .
What are you talking about? The right MWD can warp you from a standstill in a single cycle.
500mn mwd
If you're semi-afk whilst traveling, then get an inertia stabiliser or two
I took a look at Death Strandings what a fucking lame game
