I personally think high diff (if not greater) but I agree with the outcome completely. Since while you could argue Sidious may have been holding back against Mace, it also doesn’t exactly make sense considering Sheev had no clue if anakin would actually help. Yes he suspected he would, but Anakin was emotionally unstable at that point. So Palpatine really couldn’t fall back on Anakin to come and help. But that’s just me anyway
