Congratulations, mate. excellent everything. What do you say, if the existing drain pipe is the classic one on the floor? Could it be that this toilet is for new facilities? As I see it, yes. But I ask to know if there is any option. Thank you for your time.
oh this is super helpful. I've found myself living fulltime in a Sagebrook Townhome in Cle Elum, WA. 98922. I realize I like the powder room on the upstairs main floor and prefer not to wear out the carpets to go up another flight to the top floor of the 3 floors. My impetus is that the second floor living kitchen dining is being crowded by this 3 x 7 or better powder room. The powder has one of three windows in it for this 2nd floor. If this commode is what I think and a main drain is under it I think. This may not pass code for space but it might pass in Kittitas County. Haha. My main objective is to make a nice environment by not giving any of around 500 sq. ft. or 50 meters to non functional space. So many possibilities for an eat in gourmet kitchen. I'm keeping the big picture in mind for the overall daylight in this townhome. My 1st time with Windows at each end and not a roof window at all. Love this Commode! 🤣🤜🤜🤣
