Great musician, everything he sings and writes is beautiful. I'm glad I was born when I was...Elvis, Beatles, Stones and all the bands. It's good to be my age...we had it all and still do it appears.
The Cavern transported him - AND created him (along with three other guys and a place called Hamburg). I Saw Her Standing There rocks OUT here. This is a dynamic and wonderful show that they perform.
Real musicians and real talent; a bunch of all star legends."What It Is", a McCartney original fits right in with the classics they are covering and in my opinion is the best rocker on the album
How I love this guy!!! My whole life was built around this man and his mates. Thanks to them I learnt about Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly, Larry Williams, Barret Strong, Little Richard, The Shirelles, Carl Perkins, Arthur Alexander and else. Thanks Paul, God bless you!
THANATOS FANATICOS It was a great show! I have watched it several times. A writer who did a biography on Paul actually criticized this night's performance as being too perfect, too professional. 🙄 Honestly, some people can find something to criticize about anything.
fantastic is the word ! McCartney is one of the rock'n'roll legend but the group is awesome , Mick Green takes lead first and makes a fantastic job then leaves to Gilmour and again another clean supreme rock'n'roll inspired performance !Gilmour like Green is very much to the point , short ,sharp , they both remind me OF 2 LEGENDS : SCOTTY MOORE AND JAMES BURTON .of course without forgetting the other 2 great musicians , Pete Wyngfield and Ian Paice a truly Master of drumming a CULT LIVE PERFORMANCE !
I know that lot's of people watching this seem to be excited that Dave Gilmour is one of the guitar players but not a lot of comments about the other one - the late, great Mick Green ( of The Pirates etc ) .
paul put on a great show he was still broken up over the death , of linda, this concert was a little after her death , i dont want no other baby but you ,, great but sad
lot of people here mentioning Dave , what about iain paice (deep purple). Mick Green (Johnny Kidd & the Pirates, The Dakotas) , Pete Wingfield (The Hollies) ?????
Nice gigg .. and nice you did one the other day Paul ...so I'm going back a couple of years ago ...as there is nothing posted as to the music played, only just that you had a show... as a music lover .. Someone throws a link in as to the latest gig ?... WTF?... if you are gonna make it .. post a link to the gig ... over and out ... seems logical or do you only depend on your fan club to do that for you ? I had a bit of a prob with some of your fans a few years ago...Album ..wings ....The issue is hopefully resolved .
Rlly want to see Paul before he stops touring altogether, I’m 13 so I’ve never been to one of his concerts, they’re also rlly expensive so I’m not right hopeful but ah well
I hope you make it. I'm 28 and it was a lifelong dream of mine to see him before it was too late. Finally made it a few years ago. I'd buy you a ticket if I knew how to send one to you. It's awesome that you're 13 and appreciate music like this
@PaulMcCartney I had to find what? Czech tv to find you playing your sexiest record ever? Makes total sense. They're they only ones who developed "My mask saves you: Your mask saves Me."
I know this comment is old, but in case you still didn't know, it is the original bass. If you're referring to the Ed Sullivan era bass. The stolen one was his older one used in the late 50's early 60's. That bass being played is the 1960's Beatle Bass.
Saludos.-
Really Smash.....? I need to do research on Mr. Wilson and Mr. Heath What is your favourite LP ? I have all the Brit releases, and still search the net for more.........
They knocked it down for an underground railway that was never built Years before this was made...and he tries to kid us by saying "it's good to be back" ........But he sounds a bit better than when i saw them down there...mind you he's had a few years to practice and his bands a bit better......
Yo digo que Lennon tenía mejores gustos musicales de la época de inicios del rock & roll. Fue el rey de fast rock Mr. Lennon . Así lo demuestra su discografía.
shut up,dude,,,your just one of the idiots who believe in that hoax,,,jaja,,you silly boys,,,,i ve been a fan of the beatles since they came for first time in the united states,,i saw the beatles live twice,,and paul like 4 times,,and its the fucking sir paul mccartney,,,and dont start with the bullshit,,,the songs,,,im looking trough you,,,its about paul,,,taxman about one taxidermist,,,jus research a little bit,,,and dont believe all the bullshit,,of internet,,,and if you think this its not the real paul what the fuck your doing here,,,,maybe im old,,,but i still can tell you,,,you are crazy,,,,jaja
Carl Rudd The audio sounds heavily produced to me, I wouldn't be surprised if he went back into the studio and re-recorded most of it. It definitely sounds way too clean for a live performance although the guy in the crowd was funny!
Does music get any better than this? I'll ask it again... I would have donated a testicle to be at the original Beatles Cavern Club performance. I'm debating the other right now. Holy moly.
The person screaming "We Love you Paul" at 35:09 was my mother.
omg!!!
This was just after Linda passed. He went out and did his faves on a little tour and did an album, it was therapy for him .
McCartney’s backing group also played on Run Devil Run: guitarists David Gilmour and Mick Green,
keyboardist Pete Wingfield and drummer Ian Paice.

His voice sounds great here. :)
It really does, doesn't it? He's right in the pocket. Such a pleasure to see and hear.
Great musician, everything he sings and writes is beautiful. I'm glad I was born when I was...Elvis, Beatles, Stones and all the bands. It's good to be my age...we had it all and still do it appears.
The best rock and roll musician of all times with a incredible band. Ooooooh yeeeeeah!!!!
This is a treasure Thank You SIR.............
The Cavern transported him - AND created him (along with three other guys and a place called Hamburg). I Saw Her Standing There rocks OUT here. This is a dynamic and wonderful show that they perform.
What a great voice, I'm proud to play his songs on stage with my band, it's an honor for us!
The sound these guys make is incredible I'd say this is a dream team
His music and humor will forever reside in the memories of us all....he was a character, but always in a good way!
Real musicians and real talent; a bunch of all star legends."What It Is", a McCartney original fits right in with the classics they are covering and in my opinion is the best rocker on the album
Fantastic song list
Be such fun seeing paul do his gigs. Love to go see him live.

Crazy how Paul is actually older than his band mates here but he looks atleast 15 years younger
It was great of course, but I was hoping to hear more Beatles songs.
This Band.... 🤘😎💟
These boys seem to know what it is they’re doing! They are throwing down like there was no tomorrow!
They could have played "Run Devil Run"... I was expecting that all the show
verdaderos monstruos de la música on stage.
His first live performance after Linda s,death his wife of 30years and his first concert without Linda since the Beatles roof performance
"I saw her standing there" and Paul looks 15 again!
Guau...David Gilmour de Pink Floyd...increíble lo que hace Paul Mc Cartney....único....inimitable como fueron The B eatles....

David playing alongside Paul, what an honor. He must of felt privileged. Does anyone know if that was Julian at 41:48 ?
The band was just fantasic... BTW which one's Pink? Which one's Purple?
You deserve a cigar for that remark
with David Gilmour and Ian Paice!
Nice gigg .. and nice you did one the other day Paul ...so I'm going back a couple of years ago ...as there is nothing posted as to the music played, only just that you had a show... as a music lover .. B♭!
MICK GREEN!!!
I wonder if that is the same Hofner Bass that Paul had back in the 1960's???
No, the original Bass was stolen while the "let it be" sessions, so he bought a new one
I know this comment is old, but in case you still didn't know, it is the original bass. If you're referring to the Ed Sullivan era bass. The stolen one was his older one used in the late 50's early 60's. That bass being played is the 1960's Beatle Bass.
My apologies, you are correct. The bass being played there is the original Beatle bass though. He is a phenomenal bass player!
TOO many dudes on stage....Paul, you only need one guitar player. Drummers too loud. 20 Flight Rock....full circle, baby! Good show.
Holy moly.
He really lays his accent on with a trowel. It sounds fake scouse!
That's because he's the fake Paul.
Interesting how most of the time he doesn't even try to sound like he's from Liverpool
david gilmour and a fake music :v
Fantastic!
