Grazie mille Schaaf, for making us feel the vibes, even if here in Italia (I'm pretty close to Dolomiti) the situation is absolutely critical. The will for starting the bike season is strong, but we can't for now. So watching your videos makes me feel a little bit better! 😉💙
thank you very much dear Mattia. We Austrians too are obliged to stay home now. No bike rides for me. Let's just hope that this will pass somewhat quickly and we can get back to doing what we love. I wish you and your fellow Italians all the best. We'll manage!!!

Could you do a video or a vlog about cornering.. I am a begineer and I can go into corner max 70kmh and when there come car up ahead i kinda shit my pants.. I would like to corner 30% like you do.. Or atleast advice where and how did you learn to corner like that?
I'm surprised how much slipper clutch action you had considering the bike has blipper (It did have, right?). I hate that clutch sound tho, get it often with my Tracer 900 🙄
Schaaf exactly! That’s my dilemma. I’ve always had sports bikes, but would like a change. Aprillia tuono also on list to get test ride. Only mentioned it as I guess you have ridden all 3 ?👍. Great vids by the way 👍
@@SchaafI came on here looking for an answer to this question. Can you explain why you prefer the smaller 950? I am on a mk1 Tracer 900 and looking to move to a Multistrada and thought the performance of the 950/V2S might be too close to mine to justify the move. Thank you! Love your videos!
I agree with my compatriot, these videos are fresh air in a moment when we are all confined to our homes. I see you are using GoPro 6, I'm thinking to buy a GoPro 8 when this is all over... would you recommend using a chest strap on the Multistrada (or the visual is too limited?) or the helmet mount is the best way to go? PS: Love that disclaimer ;-)
@@Schaaf did you notice any difference on the way they enter into a tight turn? The KTM felt a little easier and more planted, and the chassis felt more rigid. Guess maybe tyre pressure could have played a role...both great machines anyway, I just felt an extra more confidence on KTM.
@@Schaaf I just bought a 790 Adventure. And I have planned to ride this same pass in june. but I'm afraid I won't be able to pick the bike since everything will be shut down here in Belgium too. And Italy in june… I only can hope.

Well too bad we are all on lockdown due to corona virus, no riding till April, maybe even more
yes, it does perform really bad actually. I don't know what it's like on your GT but I also know that for instance on the 1290 Super Adventure you're equipped with Engine Braking Control as well which jumps in as soon as the slipper clutch alone doesn't do the trick. I guess the Multi does not have that...

I never learned it. It all comes with time and practice. The key is not to rush yourself. It happens automatically with time
Multi 1260 S or BMW R 1250 GS? Which gave you overall the best experience?
when it comes to overall the GS always wins. I don't care about overall though
