I have a system for naming these jams, and it usually involves a lost word or old version of a word. In this case, there's been some kinda heavy shit going on in my life and I wanted to find something to do with healing. Also that ae character is pretty nifty.

not only are his composing skills awesome, but he edits the entire "making" process so well that it never gets boring or repetitive. Even the "making of" cut sounds like a finished song.

***** The original name was my name. I was using the channel just to dump random stuff I made, basically just a mirror of my Vimeo. Since the OP-1 videos were making people happy, I decided to re-focus here and make this more about music production and stuff.

dear goodness you did a shit load of sampling lol.... I finally got use to this machine a bit. I'm still having issues with cutting a sample so it doesn't overlap (like cutting a sample in the MPC).. Great vid

more like getting a sample to be legato. would it help if I set up an envelope?
Ave Mcree haha, yes it really would. if you use the sampler engine you'll have a much easier time of it. the drum sampler's envelop makes no sense to me still, but the sampler engine has a recognizable ADSR.
